Great job! John showed up on time and was very enthusiastic about getting me the help I needed. He was professionally dressed and very knowledgeable about the subject matter! He diagnosed the problem and even shared with me best practices. I had a GFCI broken switch that caused the other kitchen outlets not to work and he replaced the entire plug with one I already had brought! He Tested everything and made sure there were no dangers remaining. He even check another electrical issue I had and let me know if it was covered under my home warranty. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

Alexander was professional, extremely knowledgeable, & my knight in shining armor. Only 1 of my 3 thermostats were working & he replaced those right away but also educated me where the original contractors never installed my return plenium & bypass damper. They were sent by my home warranty company. It was an unexpected surprise they were really great. I reported a problem with garbage disposal I didnt know my faucet was leaking as well. They replaced both after contacting home warranty, no trying to insanely overcharge for noncovered services like most of the companies they send.

Michael came out for an electrical box issue we had just before hurricane Beryl. We set up an appointment days prior to the hurricane for today due to us being out of town.Even with the excessive uptick in calls and service requests to the storm, Michael still made it out on the scheduled date. We hired this company to check the problem we had in our pool. We had a technician named Michael who was assigned to us. He did a great job identifying the issue and fixing it. He was very professional and savvy , with a great demeanor. He also took his time to explain everything. I was very pleased with this company. I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.

Willie was fantastic! We had a very difficult plumbing problem; It was difficult to find the outdoor clean out, but he was persistent and discovered it under some brush. It was also difficult to find the clog under the house but again he was persistent and wasn’t able to find it and cleaned it out! He never gave up and I was very impressed! Dorian with On Point Contracting was at my home on 12/16/24. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to repair my tub faucet at the same time of this initial visit to assess the issue. We have had such a great experience with Alexander! Hes been super reliable and always shows up on time, he even came on a Saturday to do the job himself to make sure we didnt have to wait on the install. And prior to that his team came on a Friday night and worked until 10pm to get a/c working for us. Plus, hes just an all-around nice guy, which makes the whole thing even better. Alexander came out diagnose the issue on point completed the job accurately.. prior to his diagnosis we had two additional companies come out & finding are, we didn’t have an issue, but keep in mind my home was 80 degrees no cooling… I am thankful for a Onpoint & a technician like Alexander .

The home warranty that I use did not honor any of the work but On Point Electrical identified the issues and Devin the technician explained the problem and fixed my issues. Michael was funny, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Came out to check two outlets not working. Replaced a bad GFCI in the back yard that was causing outlets in garage, front door, and restroom to not have any juice. In the process he also replaced a box and outlet cover that was damaged after a bad storm in the back yard outlet. Michael was down to earth, pleasant to talk to and encounter was not awkward. Do you got bowl floaters? Has a leak under your sink converted an unreasonable portion of your remaining COVID turd tickets into unusable piles of rippled goo? Well have On-Point send Mr. Willie out to tame those drains. He came to handle an angry supply line in the bathroom. He handled that easily and even replaced another problem line before it had the opportunity to ruin my day. I highly recommend Mr. Willie for all your indoor aqueduct needs.

Our AC had two different issues, one after another, during August. On Point was called out through our Home Warranty to fix the issues. Alexander Jones and the team made several trips to our house to identify the problems, provide solutions, and install the replacement parts. Eventually our AC is back to work. On the day Alexander Jones came to replace our blower motor, it was raining very hard. After Alexander completed the installation in our attic, he also inspected our outdoor units to ensure everything was working as intended. Very professional and thorough. I used On Point Contracting through my home warranty. If you are in the Houston area ask your home warranty to send them out. They were able to schedule me the next day after putting a request in to get some plumbing issues fixed. On top of that Shaun the technician that was sent out was awesome. He helped fix my running toilet issue and let me know why my sump pump wasn’t working properly. Thank you Shaun for being so kind and professional and walking me thru my issue.

Dorian came out and checked a leak at my house and found that the leak is underground, he gave me an estimate to fix and some other resources to get the problem fixed, I was very happy with his service and will follow up If needed.

We were referred by our home warranty company after the storm caused a tree to fall across our service line. We had to have the weather cap rebuilt the meter. Robert came out on time for both the initial assessment and the repair. It is brutally hot and he worked hard to finish as quickly as possible so we can get the power company out to hook us back up as our neighborhood was restored last night. He was patient with all my silly questions and called to let us know when he was on his way as we stayed with family overnight. There were two components to completely fixing my AC system the unit part itself and the fuse box to the AC unit. I had excellent customer service with the AC System fix done by Alexander, but the electrician that came out did a poor job of communicating with the AC department, this miscommunication cost me time/money. What I appreciated about this company is they recognized the issue and migrated by instituting policy so other customers will not have the same experience. They are definitely all about customer and ensuring their experience is top notch.I give this review 5 stars because of Alexanders outstanding service and his due diligence to help make things right.

I cant say enough good things about this company to do them justice!!! We have used them several times and are always taken care of. Most recently our evaporative coil went out and On Point helped with the home warranty company and followed up thru the whole process. Alexander Jones is a Rock Star on AC issues. He keeps you informed and follows up on each and every job. If you have dealt with many service companies you know that does not happen often. I recommend On Point every chance I get. Give them a try!

I was blown away by meticulous manner in which they did their repairs. We hired them to replace a water supply line in the front yard of our home. They carefully dug out the dirt to reach the line, AND (I had never seen this before), lined the grass with thick plastic on which they placed the dirt they had excavated. Once the job was complete, they returned the dirt to the trench and restored the area so that except for the missing grass, blends seamlessly with the area surrounding it. Their contract was simple and straightforward and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

Andreas was great. We had two electricianstake a look at our problem with an outlet and their recommendation were to cut through the sheetrock to get fix the issue. Andreas fixed the issue without doing all of that saving time and money. 10/10 recommended

Ive had mixed experiences with On Point. The plumber that replaced the hot water heater left multiple times to pick up his assistant and to get supplies. He wasnt prepared for the full scope ordered. Entire service took 7 hours, but he did a good job and even fixed a separate leak that wasnt in scope, so quality was good. The AC repair person, Preston, was prompt and efficient. Their communication is a little much with all the reminders and requests for appointment confirmations but thats better than too little communication. I wish their notice that the tech was on his way told from where or how long because it can be over an hour depending on where you live and the previous job was. Like I said, mixed results but overall pretty good, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Christian was on time, courteous, professional in appearance and how he conducted himself. He kept me informed as to what he was checking and the results he hoped to see. And, showed me the failed part that needed to be replaced and explained how it worked. Christian represented what being On point truly means. Thank you.

I needed quick service for my A/C since my young son is on home dialysis. Alexander showed up as requested first thing in the morning. This the first review of two visits from On Point Contracting. Both visits, their qualified and competent technician, Alexander had been called and requested for the 2nd visit. The first visit, he did a tune up on two units outside the house. He explained deficiencies, potential problems and solutions. A good technician doesnt just find, or tell you problems, he provides solutions. But Alexander went above and provided multiple solution and left every solution up to me, the customer. On his second visit, Alexander was requested due to his mechanical aptitude and acumen. Needless to say, he fixed the problem, but what was most notable, was that he listened to what solutions I tried and wasted no time in ensuring that what did was thorough and done correctly. John came to repair our cooktop/center island power. He was extremely thorough and professional. He checked all aspects from installation of the cooktop to the GFI and the other outlet and mapped out the true placement in the electric box for the island. Preston did an amazing job. My AC went out last week and this Texas Heat is no joke especially for my dog. Preston was very knowledgeable and time efficient. The technicians were very knowledgeable and were able to find the problem in a few minutes. Their communication skills were excellent. Alexander explained our problems in a way we understood the issues. Alexander and his crew returned the next day, which was on a Saturday with the parts and it took them about 3 hours to get our air conditioner working again. The crew worked hard and cleaned up the area after the work was done. I was so impressed with their crew and quality that I signed up on their VIP membership for continued services. My Ac had stop cooling over the weekend. I got in contact with On Point Contacting again because i had a reap positive experience last time they came out. I had Technician Alex Martinez come out again to take at look at my system. He quickly identified the problem and got to work fast to get me cooling by today. He got in contact with my home warranty worked out a deal and got me the converge I deserve. He found the leak, repaired it and charged my system in a flash. I have to admit that I don’t usually write reviews, but Alexander with On Point was incredible. He just left, and I’m still so relieved that I don’t have to fight with my thermostat and heater anymore because of him. When he showed up, he ACTIVELY listened when I told him what had already been done that didn’t work. He didn’t dismiss the information I provided, which was new to me from other companies and techs in the past. Alexander worked quickly, but he didn’t rush. It was very easy to trust that he knew what he was doing; you could just see it. He would give updates along the way, so he wasn’t just moving about my home randomly; that’s a big deal for me being a woman. I get nervous about those things. Even after I noticed a separate issue when he was working on the original, he still was able to resolve both. And just like that, the issues I’d been struggling with for days were fixed, and we were ahead of the game for the other that was spotted at the last minute. He almost made it look too easy. Hah. But really, he explained the problem and solution so clearly, that I actually didn’t have any questions after he left. I usually would. Alexander, you were awesome, and thank you so much! Great experience and job done by On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air. My HVAC was over 20 years old, and I had problems with it the last few years. I knew it was time to replace the whole system. Alexander Jones diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate to repair. I asked Alexander to provide me an estimate to replace my HVAC. He quoted me an estimate and although as expected it was costly it was in the middle of other quotes I had received. I decided to go with On Point and I am happy I did. The job was completed in a day even though it was a very rainy day. Thank you, Alexander, and On Point.

We randomly lost power to one room in our house and a different AHS company concluded that a wire was missing (all of a sudden) and the outlet had to be rerouted to the panel. This is a modification according to AHS terms, which isnt not covered, so we got a second opinion from On Point. I wish they came out first!! Not only were John and his partner diligent in finding the issue, they determined the real reason for the issue...an outlet was improperly wired. Once they fixed that outlet, the power was restored to the room. They were done in less than an hour! John and partner (I wish I knew his name to spotlight him, too) were super professional, easy to talk and experienced!

Robert was a Godsend. He arrived with a smile on his face, ready to take care of my electrical concerns. I learned so much about how circuits work in my home. He is a very knowledgeable , 30 yr. electrician, and took care of my issues. We discussed how my fuse box was actually out of code and possibly a fire hazard ( I figured as much. All of the homes in our subdivision are old and probably have the original fixtures and fuse boxes from the 70s) I plan to look into changing ours so we are up to date. Furnace repairAlex P. Absolutely crushed it for us. He was helpful, didn’t try to over sell at all, super informative, personable, worked non stop and kept us updated the entire way. Very transparent and on point. I highly recommend.Cleaned out and replaced old parts, installed new air purifier. System used to trip breaker after running for a minute. Not any more and thanks to the scrubber installed, clean and fresh air!

Alexander was not what I was expecting…..he was so much more! He was respectful and kind, as well as knowledgeable and patient. He explained in laymen terms the complicated A/C system, how it is supposed to work and what is preventing mine from working in that manner.
