Nathan with Zeds air came out and did the tune up at my home in Katy. I called him because I saw smoke coming out of the outside unit, he checked both the heat and cool very well and let me know what was going on and gave me peace of mind. I recommend him 5/5. Nathan is our hero! We got back from a trip at 8PM on a Sunday to find out our AC wasn’t working and it was almost 80 degrees in the house. He was at our place within an hour to fix the bad capacitor, but also look into why it broke and find a solution to prevent the issue in the future!! When everything goes wrong and the temp in your home matches the Texas weather outside….you start calling everyone for a hero.It was a Sunday and I called or messaged so many. Nathan from Zeds Air LLC responded rather quickly and promised to be here before the hour was up.Nathan was at my door quickly. In my eyes, he was already wearing a long red cape. Flew up to the attic and quickly back down to tell me he had found the problem. He said he had what I needed in the truck and 20 mins later, my A/C was running again.When you are hoping for good news on a horrible day but wishing for honest and great service(like what you’d expect from a hero), you can’t get better than Nathan.He answered every question while working and was professional, courteous and friendly.We have a new A/C Pro we can trust. Omg!! AC wire got clipped and Nat came out within 25 mins. Very very very reasonable price and repair asap. Gave update on AC. And replaced fuses and checked in general. My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a super hot sunny day in Houston. I gave Zeds Air Heating and Air conditioning a call and Nathan picked up the phone. I gave him a brief overview of what happened and he came the SAME day to take a look at my AC. He was very thorough in his diagnostic process, explained things in a way I could understand, and gave me an upfront price that was significantly cheaper than previous repairs Ive had done for the same issue. It was a hot day in June (two days ago) when I found myself in need of a HVAC hero. I sent a bunch of messages on Google, and Nathan was the first (and only) to respond, calling me within the hour. He was able to come by later that day to accurately diagnosed the problem, which apparently started as an electrical issue that led to other damage. He recommended a great electrician (only upon my request), and I’m so happy with the all the work (and the price). I’m relaxing now in my cooled off home and so glad I answered when Nathan called. This is a good company with good worker. Nathan came out to help examine the AC after I told him my ceiling tiles got wet and likely to be an AC problem. He came out and checked and told me honestly there wasnt any leaking from AC. We then found out it was the hot water tank underneath the ceiling that was causing the problem. Also he helped me put a piece of cardboard in between the hot water leaking connector and the ceiling tile that was about to fall due to wetness. As soon as he put it on, that piece of wet ceiling tile fell. We caught it in time! Praise the Lord!

When we return from Austin after being out of electrical service all week, we arrived to a home that now had electricity, but no AC. It was Friday evening at 6:30 pm. I call 3 other AC companies all that I had previously used and none could get to me until the next day and one said next week.
