I called Schiller Services last night after hours about my AC condenser not coming on. Tim answered politely and said he would have a tech out first thing in the morning. James showed up promptly at 8, with a text message 15min before hand indicating his arrival. He explained the issue with my condenser and had all the appropriate parts with him to make the repair. While he was here, I asked him to complete a full AC checkout and clean. Everything was done exactly as expected, with James being very polite and knowledgeable. Ive been using Schiller for the last 5 years for my personal property and a rental. The small business customer service / responsiveness is excellent, and I will continue to send my business their way. Thanks Tim and James!

Last week, we lost trust in our existing HVAC company (they became too corporate and vague about what is needed for an AC repair) and switched to Tim Schiller, based on a co-workers recommendation. His inspection crew came out the same day we contacted Tim, despite him being out of town. Our AC needed a new evaporator coil and the job was done the same week. Excellent response time, excellent crew to work with, and excellent quality work. Highly recommended.

I arrived home about 5:00 this evening to a very hot house. My husband called Schiller Services at about 7pm hoping someone one could help us repair our AC during this extreme heat we are experiencing in Houston. Mr Schiller came to our house, diagnosed and fixed the AC at 9:00 pm when I’m sure he wanted to be at home relaxing with his family. I am not exaggerating when I say Tim Schiller changed my life.A few weeks ago, I had a different HVAC contractor out to install a soft start system on my outdoor unit. They mistakenly damaged my condenser coils during the install, causing my system to blow down all the refrigerant. The company attempted to repair this hole, but issues popped up a few days later. The first company changed the coils, but the issues persisted.I am not exaggerating when I say I had this company out numerous times for an inspection. I kept getting told your subcool is fine, the system is working. Although technically my house was cooling, the performance was markedly worse than it had been in prior years and on days where the temperature climbed about 94, my system notably struggled.Then I found Tim.I talked to Tim and explained some of my symptoms and he took the time to listen and understand. He scheduled a crew to come out later that week. By time he came out, I was exhausted & stressed from not being taken seriously - but Tim changed all of that.Tim took me seriously but he also treated me like a human. Id even say he treated me like family. I had never met him before, but to Tim, that didnt matter.He listened to my observations and spent a couple hours doing diagnostics and determined that the first company had made a series of egregious mistakes that failed the second stage of my compressor. This perfectly explained the symptoms I was having - and its all because Tim was finally the tech to take me seriously.Even better, Tim gave me a script for what to say to the first company. I can proudly say that Tims script managed to convince the first company - the responsible company - to do my compressor replacement on Wednesday, for free.Tim was a wonderful HVAC technician and a wonderful human. I am so relieved to have found an HVAC company I can trust.Call Tim - you wont regret it.

Schiller Services has always been responsive and provided the best customer service. Most the time we have issues with our AC is Sunday night and Tim and his crew have always responded. He has a great respectful crew who you can tell love what they do and who they work for.

Schiller Services has been a fantastic resource since we purchased our home in 2020.. Tim has been out several times over the last few years and we will continue to call him in the future because he is simply among the best at what he does. I wanted a locally owned and honest person to work with, and I’m so glad that I found Tim and Schiller Services! My wife and I couldnt be happier with Schiller Services. I highly recommend them. They were professional, attentive to our needs, and honest. We received excellent service and advice, with no pressure to make unnecessary purchases. Our HVAC system is old, but Tim had it running like new quickly, and - at our request - helped us devise a strategy to improve its efficiency and plan for an eventual upgrade that falls within our budget. These guys are the best! Tim and his guys have always been very professional and their work is outstanding! Its easy to find a bad HVAC service company but its not easy to find one that is this professional and run by people that know what theyre doing and stand behind their work.Bryan recently completed a summer tune up on our three units and he takes his time, is very thourough, documents all of his instection items and pointed out some drainage issues that we had a plumber correct. I feel like we are in great shape for the summer!

We had Bryan from Schiller out to give us a second opinion on an issue we were having with our upstairs HVAC unit. He came on short notice on Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem and he was able to get it fixed Monday morning which was the soonest he was able to get the part. The service was top notch and both Bryan and Tim we very friendly and professional. They ended up saving us $1,600 from the first quote we got. They truly put their customers first. I highly recommend them.

Absolute best! I texted them at 10pm for a non-emergency issue and they were here the next morning working on it. We had 2 contractors give us the run around for the same issue but Schiller services took care of it right then and there. They also recommended a great plumber for the plumbing part of the job. Bryan explained everything in detail and even Tim called and explained it again and made sure all my questions were answered. They have a man for any job needed to be done around the house. I rent and currently my ac is out. Our property management dragged their feet on response so I called Tim. He answered right away and was extremely helpful, taking time to explain different things we could try in the meantime. I was blown away that Tim was so eager and genuinely tried to help, even though Im not a paying customer. Our landlord finally got back with us so well going that route and while I dont wish anyone to lose ac in this heat, I do wish we could have given Schiller Services business just because of Tim!

Pur AC was leaking and caused a leak in my ceiling. It was 9 PM in JULY!!!! I contacted Schiller Services and there was a tech at my house by 10 AM the next morning! After a thorough inspection the tech discovered that the drain lines were clogged. Through some small talk during when he first arrived I had told him my husbands family was in plumbing. The tech was kind enough to tell me the issue was something my husbands family would be able to fix instead of charging me an arm and a leg to do it. All I had to pay was the service call fee, which was very reasonable, especially considering it was July and they were so quick to respond. The tech was friendly, professional, and honest and Tim, the owner, was also excellent to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Schiller Services.

Just like everyone else here, I was looking for a reliable and honest person to come service our Hvac. We are selling our home and needed to service the unit and because this is out of our scope of knowledge we rely heavily on the person who comes to do the job with integrity and skill. Our unit looks brand new and he addressed all the areas we needed, provided us photographs to show the buyers as proof and offered his expertise afterwards and explained everything thoroughly. So basically every review on here corroborate my experience. We got what we thought we were getting when we called him. Book him you won’t be sorry. I’m so glad i called Tim to fix our faulty kitchen lighting! I have all working lights (it’s been 3 years and my home warranty company couldn’t fix them) and he made it happen within a day of contacting him! So so pleased!

Exceedingly honest!! Exceedingly Competent!! My air conditioner was blowing, but not cooling. I called and spoke to Tim Schiller who answered the phone. I advised him that my air conditioner was 18 years old and that it was not cooling. He stated, Lets see if we can repair it so that it will last another 18 years. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS !!! WOW!! HOW HONEST CAN YOU GET? A repairman arrived within TWO HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He advised me that my Capacitor was only putting out 20, when it should be putting out 50. He replaced it and showed me the old capacitor and he showed on its side that the Capacitor requires 50. Then, he used a current-measuring machine to show me the output of the old capacitor. He performed maintenance on my air conditioner as well. Total cost: $250.00!!! AMAZING!!!I AM ECSTATIC!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!
