My moms unit was not heating during the first day of the cold front and I got connected to Ixon from Pro-Star while searching for AC/heating companies. Other companies were not providing services or did not get back to me, but Ixon was the only one that did. He was able to come out later that evening and do the repair the following morning. Really appreciate his quick responsiveness and turnaround time on fixing the issue. He is honest, reliable, punctual, super helpful, and his price is reasonable.
