We had our A/C stop cooling on a weekend, and within 12 hours of calling Premium Air Services, they were at our home and assessing the problem--on a Sunday afternoon. A major repair had to be done, but they made sure my family was comfortable in the meantime until parts could arrive and be installed. No outrageous price-gouging, friendly, courteous care, and great communication the entire time. I highly recommend using Premium Air Services!

James C. came out and from the minute he stepped up to my door to the time he left, he was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job checking out my heater. He explained everything he did and what he saw. There was a lot of debris in my attic - I had a roof replacement, and that team did a poor cleanup job. I have been terrified to turn on my heater because of this and he made sure my heater was on point. I signed up for the maintenance plan so they will be back out to check my AC before it heats up this summer & make sure none of that debris harmed my system. All in all, a great experience!!!

I dont normally write reviews but the service I have had with premium air was above and beyond.I had several issues with my A/C the last two years from an install by another company. so the problems were not the fault of Premium Air the, problems were with the product. Premium air replaced defective parts under warranty but since I was having so many issues Premium air not only discounted the labor not covered under the Mfg. warranty all of the repairs were made the very next day after my evening phone calls each time. I highly recommend them any HVAC services you need as they are definitely a customer service driven company

On the first call, they listened to our issues, concerns, and asked questions to understand the situation. James came out promptly to give an assessment of our system, provide feedback, and give various recommendations so that we could make informed decisions based on our needs. From our experience, their communication, service, and results really are the best for HVAC in our local area. We finally found a great HVAC business, and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

During a scheduled maintenance on our system, he found that the emergency heat was not programmed properly from the original Installation. Premium Air have been excellent in maintaining our a/c units for many years. We have always had a maintenance agreement with them. They are very responsive to our calls for service, and all their mechanics are polite and very knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Jeff since I bought my home in 1990. He is by far the best hvac guy in town. Both James and Keith are top notch and take care of you if you have an emergency. Sign up for his maintenance plan and help your system last longer. I have had a total system replaced including the freon tube line. Now I have cold air in the summer. Yes Jeff gives a fair quote. You wont go wrong with Premium Air.

This company and group of individuals are amazing! I have had several great interactions with the company since before they installed my new Lennox HVAC system. Most recently, I submitted an online service request late on a Saturday afternoon. My concern was not critical so I didnt expect any response till Monday. Within 20 minutes of my submission a company rep was on the phone with me. He reassured me the system was doing its absolute best given the recent string of 100°+ days. He offered a little over the phone trouble shooting to verify that my system was in fact working properly. This extra effort on their part saved me a little $ and kept a service tech available for someone else who truly needed them.

Premium Air has integrity. They have continued to give maintenance and repair services to our aging A/C systems. Unlike other providers they have not pressured us to consider or find reasons to replace our systems. Instead they continue to suggest ways to extend useful time. This is a customer oriented approach that is much-appreciated.

16 years ago (2007) this November (2023) we moved into our home, we had a 2 year old and a new born. Our heater went out, and it was cold. My husband called Premium Air at dinner time, he was told “let me finish my burger and I’ll be right over”. Not only did they fix and replace the heater, they have since replaced our AC which also gave out. We do their twice a year maintenance program. We typically have the same tech come every year, always friendly, always professional. Love these guys!

Been with Premium Air Services for many years! I knew our old system was not cooling and was apprehensive about the cost, and time to fix. I was relieved today when I was greeted by Mr. James Camarillo. James has always been courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.Having discussed issues with James he quickly completed a thorough evaluation of our system. He pointed out in detail the problems with the system. We discussed the age of the system, warranty status and efficiency of new systems which helped me be more comfortable about making a replacement decision. James presented a price schedule and answered questions I had about the various offerings. He was supportive throughout this process but never tried to sell me on anything. James indicated he would take my request back to the office and I would be getting a call to confirm selection and schedule installation.I thanked him for his service and applauded his product knowledge and customer service skills.

Back in 2016 Premium Air Services LLC has replaced my AC/HVAC units with Lennox products including the thermostat. The technicians involved were very courteous and knowledgeable about the products I have ordered. Since then I have signed up for a yearly maintenance contract on both units and again the service technicians were helpful when I have asked them a question regarding the operation of the units, including the thermostat. I definitely will recommend Premium Air Services to my friends.

Premium Air is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable in all HVAC related issues. On time every time. AC went out on July 4th, they brought window AC unit to use until new unit was installed. We also have them out twice a year to replace filters and maintenance if required. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent customer service and quality workNeeding to replace my entire air conditioning system, Premium Air came out and explained all my options based on my needs. They explained how they would change the layout of furnace in the attic, to make it easier to maintain in the long run. They came out to install the system and did a great job. Took a lot less time than I thought it would take and everything is running brilliantly. I will definitely be using them for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.

I am retired from the air conditioning industry for three years now. I don’t have all the tools needed to replace a compressor. Plus, ours is still under warranty. So I called someone much younger to handle the problem after I diagnosed the locked compressor.Our compressor went out during one of those Friday “Feel Like” days of 106 degrees. Premium Air Services were recommended by our neighbor. Colby came out the same day to trouble shoot and confirm my findings. The compressor was in warranty but the manufacturer did not have any in stock in the area so one was ordered. Colby and James, with Premium Air Services came out the day it arrived (the following Tuesday) and installed the compressor to get us back up and running within hours. Although we had no choice but wait through the weekend for the compressor, Premium Air Services kept us updated. Colby and James were very professional and understanding throughout the entire process, not something you see everyday from our younger generation.My hats off to these guys for a job well done and for making us feel comfortable in knowing we called the right service provider. If I were still working in the industry I would have offered both James and Colby a job. Extremely nice, courteous, professional and well mannered young men. Premium Air installed a new air conditioner & air handler in our guest house. They arrived on time early in the morning to and within 4 hours I had cool A/C again. Premium Air was very responsive to my call. When I discovered that the A/C was out on a Friday, they were out that day to diagnose, and if possible, to repair the issue. They gave me the all-in price for a new unit and scheduled the new install for Monday morning. Also, since I paid cash, they gave me discount. I will continue to use Premium Air for any A/C issues.

My AC went out before the storm that was a few weeks before the 4th of July. I had another company that came out and looked at it but could not find the part) it was on back order). I called premium AC and we talk and he worked hard to find a replacement, within 2hrs of me calling him he was able to get the replacement. I called him on a Friday and Monday when I came home from a trip the came and fixed my AC. I could not appreciate it more I have two boys and I was having people come to stay that day with me. He has a life long customer!!!

I was referred to Premium Air by one of their very happy customers and was so impressed with the prompt response time I received, which was greatly appreciated in August! We have a brand new Unit from them, instillation was very quick, and they are doing some additional duct work for us as well. Had a Lennox compressor go out and needed to replace the outside units. Had multiple quotes but Jeff Harris with Premium was the most knowledgeable and honest. They didnt try to sell us more than we needed, and for the unit recommended they still beat the others in price. His installers were on time and did a great job on a Houston July afternoon - Really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Our Lennox AC unit wasnt working. We called Premium Air and they had a person here in 30 minutes. Their technician, Bray was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem and determined our unit was still under warranty. He ordered the part and made the repair promptly. He went on to service both units and made recommendations about changing our filtering practice. Our service experience was great. Pricing was also good. We bought an annual service agreement in addition to the repairs and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Premium Air installed a new HVAC system for me after a house fire. They do great work and I have not had any issues. Twice a year they come inspect it and change the filters. Highly recommended.

I work from home, my air-conditioning unit went out. My mom recommended them and I couldnt believe they were able to come out the same day I called, and I feared the cost, but theyare so reasonable on their pricing. Definitely not using anyone else in the future. These are my go to guys.

We just had Premium come out to fix our A/C! Once we called, the technician was here within 45 minutes, he found the problem within 10 mins, and 15 mins later our Air was on! I cannot tell you how thankful we were to have quick, fast and honest service! We called another company, which quoted us over $4000 to ‘fix everything’!!! Premium charged is $120. Highly recommend this company!
