My HVAC unit just stopped working today and I called Liberty service. Felix came over within a few hours and inspected the unit. First and foremost he was so honest and told me how to take care of the unit. He cleaned it and checked it thoroughly. He said if anyone tells me to replace it, be careful because it doesnt need to be replaced. His honesty was very much appreciated. Professional and punctual. Dont go anywhere else, call Liberty because it feels good to give business to honest small businesses who do an amazing job.

Where do I begin? Thanks Mr. Felix, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Noe went over and beyond. They came to my home fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also gave me additional information about the system and my home air filters. They also made sure to tell me not to worry about anything and if anything such good wrong with the new system they are just a phone call away.

Felix and Liberty crew provided impeccable professional installation and replacement services within minutes ⏱on two different houses. They were all polite, courteous, respectful, caring, on time ⏲and skillful👊🏼. They were able to troubleshoot and diagnose my unit’s problem, accompanied with a remedial prescription ✍🏼🩺and an up to date researched explanation of the products/parts that were needed. He articulated well and sounded 🔉well educated 👨🏽‍🎓and versed in his craft.All my questions ❓were answered in layman’s terms with current information about the industry’s updates. Felix , Arthur and Israel at Liberty Service are hands down professionals. They not only know their product, they show their skills. Their recent performance in my home was nothing short of pure excellence from knowledge and experience. When these guys entered my home, they replaced a broken air conditioning unit, and setup a new one, in literally no time at all. The new unit was beginning to cool our home in less than an hour almost.We struggled with air conditioning problems for nearly a week. By the time these guys came around , we had no a/c for 2 full days. With animals, that can be dangerous for everyones health. I still cant believe have quickly and efficiently these guys completed this job. We are so grateful to Liberty Service for the amazing job they pulled off.
