Mike and his team arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained all possible options and answered all questions with great detail. We have been Decker Heating & Air Conditioning customers for almost 5 years now and technicians like him are one of the many reasons to work with them . Jordan made several recommendations that were appropriate for our water boiler system. Brian came out to give me an estimate on an air conditioner and to see if they could get my old air conditioner up and running. Unfortunately my old air conditioner was beyond repair. He said they would do whatever they could to get my new air conditioner installed as soon as possible. This was on a Friday it was installed on Monday!
