Excellent customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars. My downstairs Heater went out day after new years. I had been struggling with my home owners warranty company from r several days for someone to come out and check the issue. Decided to find someone on my own. Reached out Horizon and they came out same day. Diagnosed and came back next morning and fix the problem. Having to pay out of pocket to replace furnace they worked with me with payment options. I’m a very grateful to them. Do not think twice on contacting them if you having any type of issues relating to HVAC.

Horizon Air Solutions customer service is excellent! They replaced our 5 ton unit in summer of 2020 and we called on them again to replace our second unit, 2 ton, this June 2024. The teams are fast to respond, and the price quote was less than what the competitor’s were quoting. Horizon is efficient and they leave the area clean after working. I would recommend using Horizon Air Solutions when you experience issues with your a/c unit in this Texas heat.

I have to say this company did a great job. There was an issue with not being able to get the unit up into the attic because the attic stair opening was not big enough. They removed the attic stairs and was able to get the unit into the attic. They replaced my air ducts and I have to say that was a big upgrade from what I had. They were able to get everything back in place ever the attic stairs. My home is much more comfortable due to the air circulating more. I had spoken to Jorge and he made sure everything was done and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the service I received. The guys who did the install were awesome. Very polite and explained everything to me before doing it. I highly recommend Horizon if you want the job done right.Thank you Jorge for making sure everything was so right and I. A timely manner.

AC went out last year in peak Texas heat. They managed to get us in and fixed up quick! Very professional, reasonable pricing, excellent quality, excellent service, and much more. Even when we started to have issues with the heater once the winter season came around, they came out asap , even at late hours, to ensure our problems were fixed. I would 10/10 recommend this company. Super friendly and the check up to see how everything is from time to time!

Great experience. They installed two coils and two outside units. Installed a purifier, new pans and piping. Took about 8 hours total. They protected the floors and furniture while moving equipment. Quality of work is top notch. House is freezing finally. Highly recommend these guys to anybody.

I was beyond impressed with Horizon Air Solutions. They were kind and understanding to both my mother and I and I greatly appreciated their transparency and honesty - there were no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling attempts. Before Horizon Air Solutions, I had called two different companies. One up charged me a ludicrous amount and the other simply placed a bandaid so I would keep calling them at their convenience.The people at Horizon Air Solutions were able to work the same week we called and finished installing new units in a day. They came to my house to install a central air conditioner, and I was very satisfied and impressed with the work they did. The guys are very professional and do a job well done from beginning to end. I recommend Horizon air solutions for your central air services or installation.

Horizon Air Solutions earned a rating of five stars as Javier and his installers; specifically Joel, are responsive, customer oriented and competent. A request for a new HVAC on Friday night, Javier evaluated on Saturday and new top rated HVAC was installed on Tuesday in view of power outage from Mon- Wednesday PM. Power restored on Wednesday and new HVAC was already in place, and ready for use. Subsequently, Javier evaluated completion of HVAC installation.

I called them a few months ago cause my downstairs 3.5 tons HVAC stopped working, it was 18 years old already so.... They were quick to come and to tell me what the problem was. The furnace was damaged, but as it was 18 years old already I decided to change the whole equipment including ducts and condenser. They were super pleasant, they gave me different prices for the variety of brands they have in store, also they answered every single question I had and explained all the new features of the new devices on the market. They came the next day after I signed the contract and started working on it. It took nearly 4 hours to replace everything. They did a great job and left everything clean as it was before. They took all the trash and old machines away.Now it has been 7-8 months, the HVAC is great giving me the temperature I want so quickly and I have been saving on my electric bill easily 30-40 bucks a month.

Jorge was great at helping us out! We had our Furnace break down over the winter and he came to the rescue!!! He is very attentive and provided us excellence service. I recommend it to everyone.

I was amazed at the deal I was able to get! Trane offered 0% for 60-months. We installed a 2-ton and 4-ton 22-SEER system. The whole job took less than 8 hours. The guys placed floor protection down and left my place COLD and spotless. My July bill was almost $500. My August bill with the new system was only $250!!!

A+. That’s the grade. They quoted me the best price for a top of the line product. Then they provided me great service and quick installation along with a follow up call to boot. Highly recommend!

Wanted to share my adventure trying to replace an old 2 ton Central unit that finally give it up. Asked friends and family for referrals, received several quotes from 6 to 8 A/C companies. Prices varied significantly, not real sure why, guess it might have something to do with the temperature being 95 degree outside. Still not happy with the quotes I’d received from friends and family, so decided to give Home Advisors a try. Submitting the request was quick and easy, Home Advisor emailed me 4 of their recommend Professional Pros. Within a few minutes, started receiving calls along with emails after submitting. Scheduled 4 contractors over a couple days, the first contractor to call and send me an email was Horizon Air Solutions. All the A/C contractors provided a written quote and again had numerous price variations. Making a long story short, decided on Horizon Air Solutions because of their responsiveness, follow up and price (decided to purchase 2 A/C units for up and down stairs). Horizon’s installation team was prompt, courteous and professional, they laid canvas wherever they were working, even the stairs. It became apparent this team has worked together for some time, they all knew their job functions and interacted very well. During the installation process Mr. Jorge Bassante would check to see how the installation was progressing. Then at the end of the installation, I received a follow up call to see if I was pleased with the overall job…Bottom line, would I use and recommend Horizon Air Solutions again, ABSOLUTELY 5 stars +…Real nice to know there are still companies that say what the mean and mean what they say…Whoever reads this lengthy, please consider giving Home Advisors and Horizon Air Solutions in Cypress, TX a try, you wont be disappointed…FYI, when you review poor ratings about a company, it typically means there wasnt enough diligence done before hand, make a list of pre-questions and take careful notes through the interview process to review in later so you can make a good decision. Ask for references and follow through to minimize any elements of being taken advantage..Hope this helps whoever reads this..
