A/C went out on over 100 degree day.Technician was at my home within 45 min- Diagnosed problem within 15 minutes,He checked & honored Warranty. Returned within 24 hours & had the issue completely resolved! He also let me know he was the technician on call if anything happened he would return ! Thank you Landon & Honest AC
