They are super easy to get ahold of, same day schedule and diagnostic and a fully replaced furnace for my rental home the next day even had great financing options that was much needed at the time. Gustavo did a great job coming over and looking at the entire ac unit upstairs and downstairs and doing the diagnostics and providing me with a solution to the issue with different price point. I felt that he was fair and honest with his professional opinion on my upper unit requiring a replacement of the coil due to a leak, maintenance, and recommendation for a ventilation install in the roof/attic area due to poor airflow. Will definitely consider the service after I review the options provided to me.

Gustavo was wonderful. I truly appreciate all he did. It wasnt fun to live basically in one room for over 3 days, but it was bearable. You should be proud to have such an employee.I only gave you 4 stars ONLY because repairs werent completed in just a few hours, even though that really wasnt your fault. Im sure its not realistic for you to have every computer board for every brand of air conditioner.

I called, and they dispatched a technician promptly. Not only did they arrive within an hour, but they also diagnosed the issue quickly and had our AC up and running in no time. I’ve had this company for 6 years in two different properties and the service is outstanding. They are always on time, thorough in their work and fair on pricing. A few times they have found issues and they have always explained the issue clearly and presented me with options to solve it at different price points. One of the few contractors I can recommend with confidence.

Had AC issues. Used another company referred by a neighbor but failed to solve the issue. Cool Techies came to the rescue! Gustavo arrived on time as always, courteous and patient. He patiently explained what caused the problems. I had my attic duct work done by them last year for one unit. Beautiful and comfortable air flow and result!! This year, I am continuing using them for duct work for the second unit. Highly recommend!!

Gustavo Chirinos worked on repairing the A/C unit in the house about 2 months ago. It has been working wonderfully since. He was very kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. He was also very careful inside the house to not cause any damage and used shoe covers to keep the house clean. Wonderful work!

My AC suddenly stopped working the day that hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Upon googling reputable HVAC companies I found Cool Techies and decided to give them a try based on the excellent reviews. They certainly lived up to their reputation! Someone was sent out within 4-hours the same day I called. Upon diagnosing the problem, it was found that the motor died due to a power surge.Arael was very professional and informative in explaining how the different components of the HVAC system work, and how the power surge affected the AC motor. Arael also recommended a couple of additional products to stop that from happening again, and offered maintenance tips to keep my AC in optimal condition throughout the year.I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and Cool Techies is my new company for everything AC.Thank you guys very much - I’m a happy, cool camper once again!

The A/C Technician Jose Garcia showed up at our house before the scheduled time in order to perform regular maintenance and to troubleshoot an issue with the thermostat operation. He explained with fine details before executing his scope of work. He then explained how we can change the settings in our thermostat in order to save on electricity and also gave advice on how to properly keep up with the A/C maintenance. Upon completing his work, he left his business card and thanked us for the business. I highly recommend Jose Garcia for any A/C work you need!!!

Gustavo and Alex came to install my new smart thermostats. Very friendly and patient techs. My system was a little complext with a module panels that had to be bypassed and the whole AC wiring system to be rewired including my dehimudifier.
