They kept my older unit going for a bit longer than I should have, and I finally had to replace it a couple of weeks ago. Clark did superb work - they showed up when they said they would and knocked it out in half a day. And the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on a new unit until it was absolutely necessary made me trust them more.HVAC guys can be like auto mechanics - it’s all voodoo to most of us, so the most important element to me is trust. This group earned mine.

Rogers price was very reasonable, replaced my entire 35 year old system and it works great. His crew works quick and efficiently and are just nice guys too. Fortunately the temps were in the low 90s by now, not fun but bearable, so when I called Roger I really wasnt expecting anyone to come out til the following week.His tech, Kyle, was out here mid morning Saturday and quickly had us up and running again, the part was under warranty and the service call way more than reasonable, especially on the weekend. I would highly recommend Clark Heating and Air. They did they best on a very hot day to get to my unit the same day. Kyle , the service tech was very nice and polite . He cleaned the coil and checked the unit out in a very timely manner . He got the unit running in good shape. I no doubt on 105 degree day was very appreciative..My units motor went out the next day, at about 2 in the afternoon, Roger was able to have Kyle come back out within a few hours and he fixed the issue very quickly and had me up and running. On Saturday night, during the height of the recent heat wave, the condenser on my air conditioner went out. On the recommendation of my son, I called Clark’s early Sunday morning. By 11:30 am, a technician had been to the house, diagnosed the problem, and told me my options. If the unit I need is in stock, it should be installed Monday morning. I am impressed by the quick response to my call and the professional diagnosis and explanation. I am confident that I am in good hands and my problem will soon be resolved! So far, I am just as satisfied with Clark’s as was my son when he had his unit repaired several weeks ago!

These guys may be the best kept secret in central Texas when it comes to fixing AC and heat. They probably fly under the radar because they don’t advertise a bunch. TV and radio ads do not always equal great service. In fact, just the opposite is true in my experience. I tried a couple of other companies when I first moved to Waco 15 years ago and it was a disaster. If you have any complaints whatsoever about your heating and air service, drop them like a bad habit immediately and give Roger a call. 👍🏻

We recently purchased a home and 2 days in, the AC condenser quit on us so we called Clark Hearing & Air Conditioning requesting same day service. Got home at 5pm to an 84°house. Called and Mr. Clark walked me through some DIY options . When none of those worked he gave me a task and told me to call him back inb30 mins with an update. Still nothin . So he came over within 30 mins. We found the problem, he fixed it, and all done and working in 20 minutes of arrival. He was so pleasant and friendly and did a great job explaining how things worked and how to maintain the system better.

I have called on Roger for several years now. He always answers his phone calls and is prompt to take care of service calls. But he goes much further than that. Last week, he came out in the rain at 5pm to install a new unit at my mothers house. He knew she was ill and could not wait. He stayed until after 7pm to make sure everything was working well. He even called the next day to check up.
