Jay came out, found the issue, looked up my system and ordered the part. The part was still under warranty. Talk about honest! You just don’t get great service like this these days!!! Blue label is the best AC vendor I have had. They are always honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Cody has performed maintenance service in the past and was excellent. Recently, J diagnosed my furnace issue and was awesome. Because they are so reliable for routine maintenance, I will use them as my preferred vendor when major replacements are needed.

Just recently had J from Blue Label come out to look at my heater that a prior technician from another company told me I need a new one and it was going to cost me $4800. J was able to access my heater, did a quick fix and told me that I didn’t need a new heater. Blue Label has always been honest and done great work. Best news today!!!

Incredible service! Cody was a rockstar. I reached out to a few people to install new Nest Smart Thermostats in my home, and two of them told me it wasnt possible with my setup. Even after researching online, I thought it wouldn’t be feasible. Blue Label said they’d need to check it out but believed they could make it work, so I scheduled them for the next morning. Cody not only got the thermostats up and running ASAP but also discovered a crack in my heating pipe that could have leaked natural gas into my home during the colder months if left undetected. 10/10 service, and the pricing was the most reasonable I’ve ever encountered. They’re already coming back on Friday to install another thermostat and fix the vent. Highly recommend!

Called Blue Label and they were very quickwith response and scheduling. Unfortunately the hurricane hit and we had no powers so had to reschedule. Once again Cody came through with excellent service. The flue pipe he replaced was rusted and i was a difficult process to remove it.

Blue Label did an excellent job on their recent service call! They responded via text from a website request for service in a timely fashion. When they had an opening for an earlier service time, they offered it to us. Their service technician was polite and able to quickly assess our problem. He had the necessary part on his truck and was finished in less than 30 minutes. This was our second time using Blue Label Services. They have consistently shown superb customer service and know what they are doing!

Cody was on time and did a complete overview of the system and provided timely repairs on the unit. From initial visit to determine issue to installation of new blower motor completed in 6 hours.

These guys are amazing. Very few times I take the time to leave reviews, but they totally deserve it. Very detailed check up of my HVACs, they took pic of every thing they did and explain any finding. Then they do all reccomendations, honest ones, to understand what you need to do now, what can wait a little longer, what to keep an eye on, etc. Fantastic experience. They also offer this membership that saves you a significant amount of money. Totally recommended.Update 12/02/2024: still super happy with these team. Im using the membership for twice a year set up, and if I have additional concerns, they send someone really quick, and even do courtesy calls after seeing it was a setting mistake I did. They dont insist on selling stuff, they just do the recommendation and let you take your decisions at peace, but always giving explanations on criticality and future estimates so you can take the right decision for you at the time you are going through. Our tech and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. He found the capacitor that was installed last year has failed. He said it would be replaced under warranty 100% covered parts and labor. They stand behind their work. Blue Label is very reasonable and responsive to all of our concerns. J is the man! Honest and gets things fixed! House wasn’t cooling off and low on coolant which means a small leak somewhere. Instead of telling me the condenser coils needed to be replaced, which they do, he was honest with us and got it fixed to keep things cool for the time being without having to replace the system right away. He will be back out to check and monitor the leak periodically so we have time to save up all while staying cool!He also took the time to put things back where they belong and mounted instead of just loose and messy as the last AC company left it!Thanks J and glad I found an honest AC guy that has the knowledge and understanding you do!

I am very happy with Blue Label Services. I was having AC issues and it was 90 + degrees outside. I call them and they came out the same day to find the issue. I decided to get a complete new install because of the age of my old AC/Heating unit. They came back the next day and installed the entire system in 5 1/2 hours. I would high recommend Blue Label to anyone for their AC/Heating issues.

Blue Label Services fixed our AC and they were great! Despite a busy schedule and parts that needed to be order our AC was working again in a few days! On both service calls the techs were on time, responsive, and professional. I scheduled my appointments online super easy (double check your phone number) I almost missed my appointment. Thankfully Hollis came back out to the property. I already knew what the problem with the unit could be and sure enough it was. The part was replaced and not five minutes later the air was back on! They will be my AC ppl from now on here in Cypress.

My AC went out today. Called them around noon. They were at my house by 4:30pm same day to assess the issue. Turns out everything was fine and just paid a diagnostic fee. AC working great again. Even though everything was fine and they didnt need to fix anything, will definitely use them again because of how responsive they were especially during a busy time in Houston due to the heat wave.

I made the mistake by choosing some service close to my house with good reviews and I had a terrible experience. I found Blue Label via Thumbtack App and I received a prompt call. The gentleman took all the time I needed to educate me about my unit, the problem, possible solutions and was very thorough. The scheduling was a breeze and RJ showed 30 min earlier. He rang the bell but we were not available. He waited outside with no problems. Very efficient work but he could not finish the job entirely due to my limited time, still he got the major problem fixed. Did not charge me anything and opted to wait until everything was taken care of. Amazing and I will not look anywhere else to service my house.

This company has been servicing our unit for a while now and every single person they send has been so courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They do a check to make sure it is running properly and they will find the smallest things like a loose screw and make sure it is tight and fixed. They just recently did some installation work, and now every room is the exact same degree and I don’t have to worry about one of my children freezing, while the other one is suffocating. I also take their membership, which is completely worth it as they keep you on their calendars and connect at the right times and since HVAC systems are a huge expanse, having them look at it periodically is a great way to maintain them.

We had Blue Label out to work on an issue with our zone board and even though we couldnt afford to replace it they gave us a workaround. We called back a few months later and they sent the same tech who still had the replacement part. They do great work and resolve problems quickly, definitely would recommend hiring them for any needs you have.

So this morning I had Blue Label install a new cooling and heating system in my home. The appointment was set for between 9am-11am and I received a call from Bill telling me they would be there at 9am. I asked him to let me know when they were about 15 minutes out so I could contain my dogs. Bill sent me a text when they were 20 minutes out...love the followup! They arrived right on time and proceeded to get to work. It had to have been incredibly hot in the attic but you would have never known it given the fact they just powered thru. Once they got it in place one guy worked on the outside unit while the rest of the team worked up in the attic removing the old unit. I had both the air and furnace replaced. Very thorough and very professional! This is the 4th time I have had them come out and I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous these techs are. They obviously know what they are doing but it is the great customer service that really sets them apart! They even swept up the hallway below the attic stairs! Very pleased with the service I received!

After getting a compressor, a month later our AC went out again. We called Blue Label and they were out to our house the next morning - even with it being a holiday. Turns out we needed a new condenser. Bill and Chord answered all of our questions and helped us understand everything. They were able to get us up and running with a new unit the very next day. To say this company is amazing is an understatement. Chord is so knowledgeable in his area of expertise and you can see the passion he has for his line of work. Bill was extremely responsive and made sure we werent without AC for long. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone living in the Cypress and surrounding areas! Blue Label is one the most consistent businesses Ive ever worked with. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, dont try to sell you what you dont need and are very meticulous in their work. Our furnace blew on Thanksgiving and we reached out to about 6 HVAC companies. While they werent able to come out to evaluate (because of the holiday) Blue Label was the ONLY company to still communicate with us provide recommendations on how to begin addressing the problems AND followed up two days later. At this point in time I would not consider any other company for my HVAC needs.

We are going through a Kitchen remodel and getting all the fur downs removed. Blue Label came out, inspected, planned and set us up for success! Very responsive and quick company. After waiting 2 weeks for AC help from a company we had a warranty with, we called up Blue Label because we were tied off waiting. Shawn from Blue Label services came the next morning and provided awesome service. We had a freon leak in our AC system and he quickly found it while giving us a workaround to keep our house cool in the meantime.

We love Hollis from Blue Label. He is excellent at getting to us quickly when we need him and he has been doing our maintenance for years!

The Blue Label tech came to give us a second opinion on a proposal to replace our furnace by another company. After his thorough testing, we felt comfortable that we were not in danger but we needed to watch certain things to determine the right time to get a new furnace. He also educated us on different types of furnaces and what was an appropriate replacement when the time comes. We feel educated and empowered. Blue Label earned a customer today. Though this second opinion didnt cost anything, we will go back to Blue Label when we need HVAC service in the future.

RJ and Doug, were great to work with. This was our semi-annual check up. RJ realized we needed a condenser in one of our units He installed it quickly and we had a conversation about best heating and cooling practices. I truly enjoy working with him and meeting Doug. Bill is amazing and super professional even when dealing with my frustration. My evaporator coil went out and when Bill knew that I wasn’t happy he went above and beyond to take care of me and I’m super appreciative of that. My coil was replaced and he gave me a great deal and even worked me into the schedule to get me taken care of. Shawn came back out and was super professional and double checked to make sure everything was working well. The customer service has won me over for a lifetime and this will always be the company that call on for all my needs.

They are always great. Between residential & commercial, we have 5-6 Units installed with Service Agreements. No problems, no worries. Probably not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. You get what you pay for...we wanted piece of mind for the next 15 or so years.Thanks Gentlemen

Wow! Let me start at the beginning. I received a call from Blue Label within minutes of requesting service and the tech (Shawn) was on his way within an hour. After listening to our concerns and examining the issues, Shawn explained the trouble (with accompanying photos and video of my equipment for demonstration) and our potential options to repair with absolutely no pressure to buy unnecessary services or products. I have had four (4) HVAC companies throughout the years and none of them performed to the level that J from Blue Label Services performed. He is personable yet professional, provides high quality service yet is very reasonable with costs, and is thorough yet efficient. We had moisture build up in our ducts to the point where there was a mound of water built up. I called Blue Label and J knew immediately what the issue was. He explained all my options and the respective costs and we ultimately decided to install a by-pass effectively rerouting my poorly builder-installed duct work. Additionally, our lights were flickering when the AC unit kicked on and we decided to install a hard start kit. Within one week, he came by three (3) times to check the system. This exceeded my expectations. My family is excited that we finally found a great HVAC company and I unequivocally recommend Blue Label.

Very reliable service, in a holiday weekend my home A/C just stopped cooling. I contacted Blue Label and in the next hour a professional technician arrived to my home an fixed my A/C.

Bill (one of the owners) went above and beyond to repair my air conditioner. The warranty company was dragging its feet to authorize repairs to my unit but he followed through until he got authorization . He even came on Saturday along with his employee, and got the job done. We had problems with a blower last year, Home warranty sent out Blue Label. Bill and the team were very professional. We discovered that our blower motor had been replaced before, found parts from the previous repairs made by someone else before we bought our home.Bill also pointed out that our split system had a bypass duct that was just returning the cold air back into the system which was also causing problems.Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, our A/C was not cooling. Called Bill and his team, Jay came out and checked our system. Now we find out that the a-coil has leaked out all of the freon. Besides that we also have heavy rusting and found where repairs had been made by someone else before we bought the home.House being 14 years old we said enough and had Jay and his team come out and install a completely new 16-SEER HVAC system and correct the bypass ducting issues in our split system.Can not express how happy we are with the service we have received from the Team at Blue Label. They even helped us with financing our new system. Every thing works much better than it did before, the unit is quieter and you can now feel the air moving about the house. Oh did I mention the old bypass was removing over half the volume of our air throughout the house, NOT any more.We look forward to using the new system and getting the savings on our electrical bill.BLUE LABEL is the only company we will use for HVAC issues from now on. We only hope to see the guys when they come out to do their bi annual inspection and replacement of air filters.

Blue Label Service is a group of professionals that are courteous, knowledgeable, honest and above all, they honor their word.I have contracted them to help me with my Allergies which I suffered a lot to the extent that I thought that replacing the entire Air conditioning system was the only option I would go for.Bill Fortner , the owner sent his respectable son J Fortner to offer their solution which I really found very reasonable and it made more sense.They added:- Dust Free Active 12 UV Light and Whole Home Air Purifier- Dust Free Light Stick Plus- Some duct workand now I do have a cleaner air and two central Filters for the entire house.The work was done in a couple of days. The team of two were very honest and courteous. That also made me convinced that I participate in their Blue Diamond Club maintenance program to regularly check the system and ensure all is going well.I highly recommend Blue Label Service for your A/C needs. The minimum you would receive is an honest group who care about their customers and are not after any greedy profits.Just to mention one thing I really appreciated about Bill and his team; I called him to help us during the snow storm we all went through recently, he sent one of his technicians the next morning when driving was a bit safer to check the system as we felt is was not heating enough. 6/18/2022 Update: My Electrical bill has gone down by hundreds over the past year, super happy about that. Ive had Hollis come out and do the yearly service inspection, all went well as it should. Chord came out and resolved a small issue i had with a drain line as well.As for the after hours service i have a few choice words id rather not say. But they have been addressed.5/27/2021 Jay and the crew went above and beyond to identify our problem in home. Our home AC was on its last leg, along with several other issues including super high electric bills, it was time for a completely new system. Our home had poor ductwork and uneven flow causing the stress of our 18+yr old system to run all the time just breaking it down.Jay gave us several options on what they suggested, and what our home needed and some things we didnt even think about. Jay design us the proper system ductwork and all. The installing crew was amazing, clean and professional. Our home has never been this cold, and the temperature across the house is equally balanced from end to end. We dont even need to run our ceiling fans to keep us cool anymore. I would recomend these guys to everyone i know. These guys are true pros
