After almost 25 years one of our outside units fully went out. Because it was so old it would not make sense to try and repair expensive parts considering R22 is now no longer produced and there were other issues so we needed a brand new outside unit and the attic unit to be updated.Dealing with our home warranty was already a struggle but unfortunately our attic unit in such an awkward and tight spot that multiple companies came out and agreed that a new unit was needed but turned down the work because it would require dissembling parts to get to the back of the unit.It felt hopeless until Jonathan from Avatex came out. They worked with the home warranty and came to our rescue and as I type this we finally have a functional AC after months of battling Texas heat. The crew the came out stayed late to finish it all in a day and was professional and efficient the entire time. Thank you to Jonathan and his team.

Avatex installed 2 pendant lights for me and did a great job. They came when they said they would, made several adjustments to get the hang right, the technician was pleasant and cleaned up after. Plus, they were reasonably priced!!! and took my small job. I’m very pleased with their work and will be telling all my family and friends about their service.

My AC went through a series of unfortunate events, and even with the anxiety I was feeling, they got it replaced and perfected in a matter of two days! I was given a referral from Home Depot. Within minutes I received a quote and was able to set an appointment. The installation was reasonable priced and the most affordable of the referrals. Victor installed my fan swiftly. He was professional and cordial! I would use the provider again and I do recommend.

These guys know what they’re doing. Super honest and hard-working. I trusted them to get it done right and charge me a fair price and that’s exactly what happened. I was originally going to go with the company that installed my unit and they were going to charge like 50% more for the same job.

Hire them! Knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Also the work completed was swift and efficient. I had ceiling fans installed in two room, upgraded light switches to smart ones and also changed my foyer light fixtures! Great work will hire again for more home upgrades.

I’m so incredibly thankful for this company. Long story short, I’m a breast cancer survivor and patient and had put in an urgent request with Old Republic Home Warranty on Monday, August 28,2023. They dispatched to a different HVAC company who never answered my call to set an appointment, never called, never showed. I had a Medical procedure related to cancer treatment on Monday and cannot tolerate heat. Texas heat has been in triple digits and it never got below 87 in my home. After not hearing from The other company, I had to call my warranty company 4 times Monday through Thursday and that company guaranteed they’d be out every day, but never showed and still never answered my calls. They finally stopped answering the warranty company’s calls and so the warranty company cancelled that ticket and dispatched to AVATEX Thursday August 31, 2023, around 4:00 PM - just before Labor Day weekend. I have been so sick with the heat this week and I was dreading another several days of hell temperatures in my home. But AVATEX personally reached out to me first thing this Morning, Friday, September 1,2023 and said he’d be out today 2-6 PM! They texted me with the confirmation. And as it got closer to the 6 PM mark, I got a text to update me AND Jonathan from AVATEX Called to let me know he was still coming. I cannot tell you how relived I was. He was here and immediately saw that the compressor had overheated on the outside unit, burned through a wire and flipped the breaker. He was done in less than 10 minutes! He was so kind and professional and I’m so grateful that I do not have to endure the heat in my home. Thank you, AVATEX and Jonathan, for being our hero today and your compassion in making sure my health was a priority to you. Very grateful to you. And Houston is several hours south of far North Dallas. I highly recommend AVATEX and will request you through my warranty company for ANY HVAC issues going forward! I’d give more stars on this review if I could!

Technician and Management were very nice. We had a little surprise with a bad remote battery on a ceiling fan, but we put our heads together and worked through it.

Jonathan works really well with your schedule. He is friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of home improvement. His brother Victor was the one to do all the installations. Victor is polite, knowledgeable, precise, when it comes to home improvement. He also gives really good advice on where to make our purchases. They make sure everything works and there arent any problems before leaving. All in all it felt like working with family.

Jonathan brother was extremely friendly and very kind! He gave me some information that could help with my fan circulation and how to balance it for future reference. He was great to have a conversation with! Highly recommend :)
