I would tell everyone that I can think of about these guys. Josh and his crew come when they say they are going to come. On my first visit he triple checked his own work. He gave advice on how to keep an eye out on my ac unit. Everyone has been polite and honest. They have repeat business with me because they demonstrate and not just talk about top quality service.

Very professional service with honest service and communication with my tenants and owners. I called Jun and Josh showed up and quickly responded to a late evening emergency call and resolved the air conditioner problem. Will use them again. They always have recommendations with reasonable prices. I’ve used them for several years and they always provide excellent service at a reasonable price. This company has not made me do anything I wasn’t comfortable with and actually it never got to that point. Give them a call you’ll be glad you did.

Our ac stopped blowing cool air and when my wife called for appointments, nobody had availability for 24 to 48 hrs. Houston summers with a 1 year old would not accept that. Josh from airtec was able to fix our ac that same day. He was quick, efficient and highly professional. We will be using him again!

Being the owner of a failure prone Lennox A/C system, my indoor coil failed. Airtec came out diagnosed the problem and was able to get a new (better Brand) coil installed next day. Great service, good communication and fair pricing. If you need heating or A/C work, give Airtec a call, Jun was great to work with.Update 6/1/2023 I refered a couple of friends to Airtec after they received some overpriced quotes from other A/C service companies. Many of the other guys wanted to replace whole systems that still had pletty of life in them. Even in my own system I asked about complete replacement and was told it wasnt needed and would be a waste of money. Needless to say, myself and the two friends I refered were very impressed with the cost of work performed and honesty of Airtec.

Josh and Fernando provided OUTSTANDING service. They explained everything, did quality work and then “stuck around” for 15mins to ensure that the new system was working properly! THEN, they went room-to-room and measured the temperature to be 100% certain that we were satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend AirTec as a top rated HVAC service provider!!

I’m glad we chose Josh and his team for our new system. Josh and his install team ran into unforeseen challenges installing a new Trane 4-ton air conditioning system in my house. Everything went really well except when running a new wire for the smart thermostat for the first floor of a 2-story house. Josh and his team expended great time and effort to fish a new wire and complete the job to very high standards. Many crews would have found a shortcut or a compromise to save time and finish much sooner, but Josh’s team was committed to delivering superior service for our install. They did a great job and and showed their commitment to quality work with attention to the details!!

Josh was Awesome. He was so detailed checked everything in detail gave me tips on how to keep my hvac working good. He was very knowledgeable. Had our AC go out last night which,in this heat is brutal. Gave them a call when they opened at 8am and they we’re able to come to the house, diagnose the issue (capacitor and fan motor), and replace both before noon. Josh, our service tech, was phenomenal and did a great job assisting us!

My air conditioner was blowing warm air on Sunday at 2:30 a.m. I’ve had this HVAC system for 18 years and it had worked great until this time. I called at 8:30 a.m. Monday and Josh arrived around 9:30. By 10:00, the capacitor was replaced and cold air was blowing again. The whole visit was under $300, which is a fair price for parts, labor, & service call - especially with 103 forecast for the next few days. I even got some tips on how to keep the coils clean to make the unit work more efficiently. They cleaned the coils for me as well. Thank you!

The Airtec air conditioning are extremely professional and loyal to their business. I had recently got two new outer units, and one AC had was working but the drainage water was going back, so they came up drained out the whole water and what repair needed they did it. I’m extremely satisfied with their work. They’re on time and are very dedicated towards their business. They have the payment plan option available so it’s not heavy on ur pocket to think how things can be done. I would recommend everyone who is looking for the repair in their Ac they are the right ppl to call. Happy amd satisfied with their work👍

We got an estimate of what we needed from 4 companies . Two of them were more economical than this company, however this company seemed genuine and friendly from the start. They were also great at explaining everything in detail. From the beginning to the end of process, everything ran smoothly. The work was fast and efficient and the people were all great honest hard working people.They were great honestly!

Insanely great service! When my A/C unit broke down late in the evening, I called numerous companies that advertised 24 Hour Service. None of them really did . . . except for Airtec. When technician Josh showed up, slightly after 9:30 p.m. - a little more than thirty minutes after I called - he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. And he didnt stop there; he also finished installing a new thermostat that I hd started to install, and did a much better job than I would have done. On top of that, Josh was friendly, courteous, and overall impeccably professional. Five stars is not enough for Airtec; they raise the bar for A/C service . . . even at 10 p.m.!

Doing business with AIRTEC was smooth. Josh was very responsive, answering all my questions and concerns. He offered the most reasonable quote for the work needed to repair the issue with a breakdown of charges. He showed up on time, thoroughly completed the work as discussed and verified the system was running to spec. Needless to say the a/c is humming again and the house is comfortable.

Found this great company using NextDoor. Very professional and competent. I would definitely use again if I had any AC or HVAC problems. My current situation is one that was out of his control but he did his best to try and rectify the problem and I definitely appreciate that.

Airtec was able to come out the same day to fix my clogged drain hose on my A/C unit. More importantly, they gave me advice on how to periodically flush the drain hose line to prevent the same problem from occurring in the future. I appreciate that knowledge, as no one had ever told me that I would need to flush the lines on some scheduled basis. I am truly grateful.

Made call at 10pm came out same night to diagnose. Was back next morning to replace blower motor in the attic. Was done and air back up and running before lunch. After failing miserably to self-install my Nest thermostat, I used their messaging service late last night around 9:45 - 10 PM. Someone responded immediately and said they would be able to come out at 8 AM the following morning. The company representative, Mr. Jun Shi, showed up on time, diagnosed my problem, overcame a few issues with the Nest Thermostat linking to to my A/C and got the unit working properly.
