I’ve had their service a couple of times here at my home to work on my 3 ton ACVery professional, friendly, communicative trustworthy! Cedric and Brian great techs and good men!

I got the best AC service from them. Highly recommended. Prices are competitive and affordable with the best service and options of parts customized to fit your need.

I would definitely recommend Air United Mechanical. I contacted them about my heating system and they came out the next day and completed the repairs within 24hrs. They contacted my warranty company and discovered the part was still covered. The pricing was fair and affordable.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the technician, Amanda. She was very helpful in explaining the issues with my A/C system and what was causing it. It was nice to have someone who wanted to communicate with you and help resolve the issues and not just get in and out. It was also appreciated that there was a need for a secondary visit in the afternoon and she kept me up to date on when arrival was expected. She was able to work around my schedule and that isnt always the case with service companies. If I should need additional work related to my AC or Heating, then I will make sure to call Air United Mechanical first. I was very satisfied with my experience.

This review if for Cedric Amos of Air United 4U -Cedric was very professional and on-time. He explained everything and even showed me the old parts. He also showed me how to save money with a service contract and how to maintain the unit myself if I wanted to. (I dont)Anyways he is very trustworthy and honest and I would recommend him to my own family!

Amanda from Air United Mechanical was absolutely fantastic. We had a prior company come out twice to fix our air conditioning, with no success... Air United Mechanical responded quickly to our call, our air conditioner was up and running within the same day. Would recommend them highly to everyone!

My family decided to replace our old air conditioning system before the hot summer months arrived. We were talking to different companies, but they all seemed to just want “the sale”. Some of the companies tried to pressure us to make a quick decision without explaining what we were really getting for the price. After talking to several companies, we began to become very frustrated with the whole process. Then a close family friend referred us to Air United Mechanical. A knowledgeable technician was sent out the very next day. He laid out all of our options AND explained what we would be purchasing in terms that were easily understood. He had a genuine concern for our needs and wanted us to select the best system for our home. I did not feel pressured to make a rush decision, which was very important to me. Air United Mechanical is a trustworthy company that values its customers and it shows!

The services from Air United Mechanical was excellent ! They responded to my call quickly. I was also pleased with the way they kept me informed during the entire process. To cap it off the pricing was very fair. I do recommend using them for your AC needs.

Amanda, Cedrick Amos, and Jordan Gomez came to my home 2 July 2015 and brought above the bar service with them. My AC was broken and they solved all my issues and answered all my questions. Amanda, specifically, accommodated my schedule and made two trips to ensure I had AC the day of service. I am extremely happy with the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency provided today by these three individuals. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Cedric was the technician that came and performed a spring tune up. He was very professional and courteous. Even put on the little shoe covers so as not track in dirt (without asking). Cedric took pictures of all of the issues and sent them along with a quote and receipt all electronically. Made it really easy to see what the problem was and understand what needed to be done. I would not hesitate using Air United Mechanical again.

Cedric and Air United Mechanical (AUM) have my business for good. There is just no other reason for me to look elsewhere. Recently I had a very simple and relatively cheap part that needed to be replaced. I called AUM early that morning, 7am, hoping that someone would answer. Cedric picked up and we discussed my AC problem. He was very professional over the phone and he explained that he had to drive to Galveston first to perform an install. I thought he was going to tell me to he couldnt make it that same day but instead he told me not to worry, he would fix my problem today.He kept in touch with me througout the day to update me on his approximate arrival time. I really appreciated that since I certainly couldnt wait at home all day. When he arrived I had already felt like he was a good friend that was there to help me with my problem. It doesnt end there...before fixing the issue he took the time to educate me on the differences between part manufacturers and how to choose good components. Of course I wanted a reliable part but he didnt have it on him. So instead of telling me I would have to wait another day for my AC he let me borrow the cheaper component for the night so my family and I could enjoy a good nights rest. He came back the next day to switch out the cheaper component for the one I wanted.Overall, I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. Im the type of consumer that looks at reviews before I buy, and even more so when it comes to letting someone into my home. Excellent work Cedric and Co!!! Youre always welcome here.

Very professional service company for my heater. They kept open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of what was causing the issue with my heater. They answered my questions and was patient with helping me program my heater thermostat (which I had never learned to do). They were very prompt and flexible with scheduling the appointment which was helpful for me on a Saturday. Thanks for helping keep us warm in Texas during the unusually cold December 2017 that included snow ❄️⛄️...

The young man sent to my home was very professional and got the job done. Actually he worked above and beyond the call of duty. It started raining and he never stopped. My home warranty had sent out another company that kept getting paid for never doing the job. Was paid three times and we were still suffering in the heat. Air Mechanical came and now we are enjoying the cool air and cold if we want it. The gate came apart as we were standing there with the wind and he fixed it, how nice of him. I would recommend them to family and friends. Satisfied customer!!!!!

Was great service I called at 8:00 a.m. and Cedric with Air United was at my doorstep by 10:00a.m. He checked A/C unit then went up in the attic found the problem resolved it....My A/C was back up and running by 11:30. Great quick service highly recommend.

I have a home warranty and my dual capacity went out and Noah Chavez came out and did 5 minutes worth of work and said we owed $350 for thr service and that our home warranty wouldnt cover it. So I paid him, and I found out later from my home warranty it should have been covered for nothing. I contacted the owner and it took several weeks but he refunded the money. He was very nice and drove out to my house personally to apologize.

My air conditioner was not working properly and I had a horrible experience with the first a/c company sent by my home warranty. That company came out 4 different times and still did not fix my air conditioner. After being frustrated with no results from the first company, I called the home warranty company and asked them to send another company out for a second opinion. Thats when they referred Air United Mechanical (AUM). Cedrick, from AUM called me the same day and came out the very next day. Cedick was very polite, professional and very informative. He diagnosed & explained the problem and fixed my air conditioner. My a/c is now working properly and I have Cedrick & AUM to thank for that. I am definitely going to use Air United Mechanical when its time to replace my a/c unit. I highly recommend Air United Mechanical, if you want great quality and professional services. This company is a prime example of Integrity. I called Air United they answered the call on the 2nd ring. The service man was so nice and caring. When he came out to my home he gave me a goodunderstanding of what was wrong with my AC. He fixed it promptly and I was so happy.

Wonderful! I would like to thank Amanda and Curtis for their time and professionalism. As a DIYer I appreciate when someone takes the time to inform me as to the process of problem resolution. Though I dislike paying someone to fix something I believe I can fix, this was not the case, and with compressor/AC units, repairing it yourself probably is never a good idea. This company has always been prompt and shows up when scheduled. Actually today, Amanda show up two hours earlier on a 100 degree day. She found the problem immediately told me what the issue was and told me how much it would be. The cost was affordable and she was done in 30 minutes. Right on! I will call them again....
