Everyone Ive interacted with in person or on the phone has been great. Mister Sabry and his team are great to work with. I had a prior company come out with many attempts to address my AC issues. Finally,I contacted 5 Star A/C, so glad I got a hold of them to take care of all the issues. Every tech has been knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. 5 Star installed my unit over 8 years ago, pricing was very competitive, installation was professionally done and in a timely manner. I subscribe to their annual maintenance agreement to keep my unit working smoothly all year round and have always been completely satisfied with the service. Our family has been using 5 Star A/C Filter as our AC service for over 10 years now. The company is consistently excellent in every way. Customer service is spectacular - they get back to you right away. The techs are great - they are polite, clean (wear the shoe cover booties), and get the job done quickly and correctly. The owner, Sabry, is very involved in his company. He truly wants to make sure that everything is working well, and that you are cool and happy in your air-conditioned home. They are always very quick to get to your house when you have an issue. For example, this past Sunday night, I sent an email that something was wrong with AC, and they had a technician at my house at 10 am the next morning. I recommend this company to everyone I know who has an AC because you cant live without good working AC in the Houston area. I should also mention that through the yearly maintenance program, our AC units lasted over 14 years. I think the prices are fair and reasonable, and cheaper than when I quote with other companies, but, tbh, I even if I found a cheaper AC company, I wouldnt switch because 5 Star A/C Filter is worth every penny. I also appreciate that now you can pay online with your card. I cant say enough good things about 5 Star A/C Filter.

I was very impressed with the service. My ac went out in 100-degree weather at 8pm. When I called, the owner answered and said he would send someone right away. His tech apparently couldnt make it, so the owner himself showed up so we didnt have to sleep in the heat.. Had my system replaced; condenser and coil. Great professional work. They kept all areas covered and clean. The installation was done in a timely manner just as we were told it would take. Very nice technicians. Even the owner himself, Mr Sabry, came by to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. He recommended adding a return vent, which made a big difference. Great price for a great result. Will definitely recommend to everyone who’s looking for a trustworthy company.

A happy customer of Mr. Sabry’s business for 10 years. Recently the a/c unit stopped cooling and in this summer heat, I knew it needed to be fixed quickly. Called early, at 7 am, Mr. Sabry answered and assured they would be out same day. A few hours later service tech came and fixed the problem. We have the yearly preventative maintenance and filters with his company. 5 star always provides excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and quick service to fix a problem. A huge plus, Mr. Sabry, the owner, is easy to get in touch with. He explains what is going on, answers questions, and is great with tips for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend using 5 Star A/C.

I have had the best experiences with Mr Sabry and his team both at my primary house and my rental home. I will only use 5 star AC because I can trust them to only repair what is needed and to also give me consultation on what is the best thing to do. Mr Sabry saved me about $15k on my house in Galveston, when two other companies were suggesting I replace my entire system, he told me that I only needed to replace the outside unit and add a few returns, and sure enough that cleared up my issue at a fraction of the cost others were recommending. I was in jam on a Saturday night when A/C system stopped working. After multiple calls to multiple companies 5 star was the only company with the compassion to show up and fix the problem. Then also recognized a flaw in my heating system that was potentially a danger, he came back on Monday and fixed that and also sold my some quality filters the help my with allergies. Ac out in summer is one of the most horrible situations that can happen in Houston, i contacted 5 star Ac they had availability to check the problem same day, they helped with adding freon as temporqry solution and they came the following day got the job done with professionalism and in timely manner and i believe the best price in the market
