We needed a new unit and furnace. The team was professional , quick and efficient. They came out to give an estimate on a Thursday evening and everything was fully installed by Saturday afternoon. Reasonable pricing with great quality work. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs or maintenance.
Highly recommend 3rd Cost HVAC! From the beginning to the end, the experience surpassed my expectations! Great communication, which was pleasant & informative. Everyone carried themselves in a professional manner. They showed courtesy & respect to my home, my pets, & me. They even had to install an attic access to remove my “dinosaur “ system. The new system is quiet & works beautifully with the Nest thermostat. Once installed & turned on, it cooled down the house almost immediately. It’s only been a day, but I expect the system to perform in a top notch manner this upcoming Texas summer! I’ll send an update once summer ends. Victor, John, & Miguel rock.
