Will only comment in the technician who performed the work, not the incredibly redundant and annoying registration process. Oops, commented on that😂.The technician, however, who showed up 5 minutes before the time window would have elapsed (but on time nonetheless😤) did a most excellent and thorough job of identifying, and fixing, the problem. Nice guy, knew what he was doing, Im fully satisfied with his work.
Sears did an excellent job servicing my dishwasher. The technician (Broderick) was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue almost immediately.
Technician was excellent, unfortunately the critical part needed was no longer available for this 28 year old appliance.
He was very courteous and did a very good job. He had good product knowledge and was quick to diagnose the issue and shared best practice to keep appliance in good working order. Appreciate the efforts and professionalism.

The Sears thecnician came in the windows time he was very polite also smile, he went right to do the job and quickly find out the problem, he check is he had the part in his van luckily he found the part and he work fast in less of 30 min he finish also test everything was good
Marcus showed up promptly, investigated and resolved the issue, and settled the billing all in less than half an hour, I think. Very pleased with the service.
He was polite, easy to understand and answered my questions. He was here to install a dryer part that had to be ordered (a few weeks ago) at a service/diagnostic call, and he remembered me.
Technicians were polite, helpful and fast service
Part was delayed in delivery, but that wasn’t Sears fault. When part came in my repair was scheduled. Repair man ran a little late but kept me updated on his arrival time. Trying to contact the warranty department was difficult on their phone line.
Alejandro did a very good job. You have a problem with scheduling and timing window that you give for the service. Mi first appointment Saturday the 4th, I waited the entire day, you keep changing the hour and finally cancel the service and gave me another appointment 2 days later without consulting agin from 7am to 6 pm. This systemn may work for a house wife that stays at home all the day long but not for people that work or need to go out for other chores. Most companies give a window of 2 hours that is reasonable.

Technician very polite and explained everything as he did repairs. He knows what he is doing. Found problem and fixed it. Cleaned everything up as needed. Would and will ask for him again if I have a problem.
