Scott and Logan came out the next day bright and early and got us back running. Scott explained what the problem was and fixed it in less than 30mins. He proved to be a reliable and honest repair person. I would strongly recommend using their services.

Technician Scott is a such a knowledgeable person, and really explains the details of what is the problem. He is analytical in trying to find the root cause and thats the precise type of person you want to be checking your AC. Besides that, hes such a nice guy! I highly recommend Braswell services. Braswell A/C and heat is a top notch company. I’ve used them for system maintenance and repairs when needed for years. Scott is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. He knows his HVAC that’s for sure, and is very honest. He doesn’t try to sell unnecessary parts or labor which is awesome. They take care of the Vets too with a discount! Moved into our house and the ac or heater wouldn’t work. We called Braswell’s Air Conditioning after getting a recommendation. He responded quickly and came out a lot sooner than anyone else could. He was very upfront with his prices and broke down all the cost which was very appreciated. Braswells Air Conditioning service came to the rescue. I originally had a different AC company come and assess the dehumidifier vibration problem but they couldnt find the issue. He answered all of our questions and concerns both in person and by text. I am very happy I called Scott Braswell. I had a single room AC that was not working. Scott came out on time, had every tool he needed and even had booties that covered his shoes so that they would not track any dirt into my carpet. He spent at least three hours working on the diagnosis and fix and in the end my A/C was blowing nice and cold again. His prices are very reasonable and he is very personable. Scott Braswell renewed my faith in humanity. I called on Saturday morning around 10 a.m. he promptly returned my call and arrived at my home by 1 pm.Instead of a repair issue, it was a maintenance issue and this is where my faith is renewed. He could have easily said my fan motor wasnt operational. However, it was a tripped circuit that was overlooked. Scott and Carie are great guys. They tell explain you problems before they do any work. Give you an estimate before they do any work. If you have an appointment with them, they call you before appointment time. Braswell are our only hvac people now. No one touches our system but Braswell.
