My wife called 24/7 All Air Conditioning due to a lingering musty smell in our house. The company owner, Moustafa responded himself on a Sunday evening to assess the situation. As it turns out, my entire central air system was riddled with mold and needed to be replaced. At my request, Moustafa immediately specified a new system. This all happened during last weeks heat wave and I feared that I would be without AC for weeks. Given the gravity of the situation, I asked Moustafa for the impossible, to replace my entire AC system the next day. Without hesitation, Moustafa looked at me and said it was possible, but would be a challenge. He said that he would be back at 7am with the new equipment being delivered at by 10am. To my delight, Moustafa showed up the next day on time as promised. The equipment was delivered and installed within the following 12 hours. Moustafa and his team were professional, worked as a team, and were respectful of my home. Moustafa pays extreme attention to detail, leaving no detail unnoticed. As someone that works in the construction industry, I can tell you that Moustafa did not skimp on material or equipment, using all items that exceeded typical residential standards, e.g., highly insulated branch lines, return lines, manifolds, diffusers, weatherproof disconnects, etc.. I am extremely pleased with the service my family received from 24/7 All Air Conditioning and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

Moustafa was absolutely amazing... He was at my home within 30 minutes of me reporting the issue. My old central air unit broke, he had a new one plus the return unit installed the following morning. Absolutely amazing work, but more importantly an even better person. Very honest, very trustworthy & very reliable. I can not express how much I appreciate his work ethic & professionalism. Weve been jipped off by three other companies out here claiming they had to recharge my unit with free-on. If youre in Farmingdale or surrounding areas, use this company. You will not regret it. My wife and I new homeowners in Levittown. The house sorely needed Air Conditioning. We linked up with Moustafa @ 24/7 All Air Conditioning & Heating. We ended getting 2 LG split units. One in living area and one in master bedroom. Without the system, the last few weeks would have been absolutely unbearable to live in. Moustafa provided quality units and installation. The service provided was exceptional and he was extremely respectful. The installation was quick and clean. If you ever run into any issues he is very timely and responsive. We used two different HVAC companies in past, both large with good reputations, but we did not feel as confident in them or as genuinely cared about, as with 24/7! In the middle of this crazy heat wave our c/a went out. 24/7 promised theyd show up as soon as they could that same day which was a relief in itself, and they did not leave until everything was up and running perfectly! He explained everything he was doing while thoroughly analyzing the situation. They did not try to sell any service or parts that were not necessary and actually saved us a significant amount of money! In that situation you are virtually at their mercy and he did not take advantage at all! He gave the fairest price of all places I called and included some corrections on the original installers work, which made a big difference in the efficiency of the unit! I am so thankful we tried them and highly recommend them!

Mustafa installed 2 split ductless air conditioners in my home. He was very thorough and professional and I love my cooling units. Above and beyond customer service as I needed for him to come fix a situation, he showed up on the same day and stayed until the job was done. Thanks Mustafa!

I needed my air conditioning to be fixed right away and no one was ready to accommodate the same day because it was about 90 degrees outside. Hence I came across this company. At first I was a little hesitant with the reviews but then I called the guy. Mustafa seemed a sincere and nice man so I gave him the job. Not only that he finished the same day, he also did an EXCELLENT work and offered a great price. I don’t understand people talking about money and complaining but in reality, Mustafa didn’t rush into taking the money or left anything in between. He finished his work way ahead of the time that we decided regardless of the bad weather.Excellent service and a great man!

Had a late night weekend heating issue with Temps outside at 12 degrees. He was at my house in 45 minutes and was a pleasure to work with. Honest and informative. Great service and I hope I dont have a need to see him again but if I have any issues in the future hes my only call

The owner and technicians of this business this are very helpful and professional. They were on time and did follow ups of how we are doing after the service was completed. They finished the project in one day as they promised. All transactions were all properly documented. Even came back with free electrostatic filter.I am very happy that I was able to get this company to fix my HVAC. I highly recommend this company .

Moustafa is great! He did such an excellent, neat, etc. job. He always let you know what was going on for example taking pictures showing you what was wrong, I needed a new blower & o/s unit, with the installation of the old system. There were no extra costs in what he did like a lot of other contractors do. He even replaced the pvc pipes on my other unit that’s in the attic too! He didn’t like the way it was done, that’s Moustafa! If you need some for a/c Moustafa is the person to call, you definitely will be happy with his work.
