Ive been using RLC after my home warranty expired because theyre honest and do a great job. Ive never been sold to and they are keeping my old ac unit alive. Juan is particularly nice and always answers my questions.

RLC Services checked our A/C unit and determined that the outside drain line was clogged. The technician was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was on-time, courteous, and explained everything in laymans terms.

RLC has a very good group of guys working for them. Chris came out and diagnosed the issue pretty quick and Adrian helped us schedule the installation of our new HVAC system rather quickly. Lupe and his helper came out and made quick work of the replacement and we now have A/C back! Cant thank you guys enough!

Very fast service, knowledgeable technician. Juan was able to resolve my A/C issues quickly, and gave tips for future maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

RLC has been dispatched twice on the same ac system via Acclaimed Home Warranty. Both times Juan has went above and beyond to correctly determine the core issue. He also carried the part so we were back online in the Texas heat same day. When this 19 year old AC system finally gives up I will call RLC to replace the system! Very professional, down to the booties worn in the house. I cannot say enough good things about their expertise and commitment. 5 stars plus!

Rlc is a great company to use Ruben is a great technician on time and very smart guy when it comes to ac work had my fan replaced on my outside unit now it’s very quiet he also replaced some duct work and now my house is cooling so much better thanks Rlc

This company is great ! Rogelio did a great job on my unit . He was able to automatically find the issue and give the solution. Very knowledgeable I felt comfortable knowing he knew was he was doing when inspecting my AC unit . OverallVery pleased with the results.

I called my warranty service (Fidelity) for my a/c was pouring water through my ceiling panel. RLC sent me Chris for the second time in a year for the same problem.Chris is a true professional who was very friendly. He knew what to do both times; blew out the drain line with air. Good job! 7/9/24

RCL was very professional. Technician arrived on time and finished worked promptly. He checked entire system and could have said anything was wrong with the unit and I would have said ok because of how hot it was but informed me it was just freon. Thought it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. RCL restored my trust in service techs.

We are super thankful for the service we received today. Our heat had been out for the past three days but with the holidays we waited to contact our home warranty today the 2nd. Within 10 minutes of scheduling the service Lucy called to let me know a technician would be out within 15 minutes. The gentlemen showed up and fixed our issue quickly and our heat is working. Excellent service. I went through our home warranty company and they referred us to RLC. RLC called to set an appointment within two hours for the next day. Tech Chris came out EARLY and fixed the issue with our AC straight away (blown capacitor). I very much appreciated Chris friendly demeanor. Will definitely recommend.

RLC Services was great! They were very responsive, quick to get the problem identified, stood their ground on what needed to be done when our home warranty company tried to get them to low ball a repair instead replacing what they told them needed to be done. Office worker could not have been more helpful. Really appreciate all their work during a difficult situation.

I was assigned to RLC Services through my home warranty and honestly couldnt be happier! I have company coming for the holiday and they were able to get Chris out SAME DAY. He also did the repairs and was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and more then fair on charges/bill. I was definitely skeptical initially after seeing reviews, but I am very happy with RLC and will use them again.

My Tech was name Rudy. When he came he was so nice. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail to where I could understand. He was very professional. We have been using RLC services for the past few years, both for annual service and thermostat replacement when we moved into the property. Their technicians have always been cheerful and friendly and on time.

I called dispatch this morning because I was worried about the electrical smell from last night. Adrian was very nice and reassuring someone would come out today between 11 and 2 pm. I said the sooner the better. I had Rudy at my home around 11 am. He had called and gave me a 40 minute heads up he was on his way. Nice man and technician. He diagnosed my issue as a failed capacitor and retrieved one from his truck. He educated my husband on what he was doing and what he did to fix the issue. Collected the service fee and was off to his next call less than an hour later. Good experience. My heater is running perfectly now. RLC was dispatched through my home warranty company.

I highly recommend our technician Rodolfo was honest and was able to resolve our issues. He wasn’t out here making up stuff to drive up the sales. I appreciate straight forward no games service. Its almost 90 and both my machines are running.

First: good communication. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Second: they showed and explained what they did to fix our problem. Third: they were diligent about keeping a clean workspace. Highly recommend..

RLC was assigned to my home warranty claim. They called me within minutes of me filing the claim. I wasn’t expecting to see or hear from anyone for a while since it’s summer season; I assumed they would be backlogged but Juan arrived, he was thorough and helpful. He arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job. My primary condensate line was clogged, he cleared and told me what to expect in the future.

Chris arrived a little before the stated timeframes. I received a call when he was on the way. He had the ac fixed quickly and was very knowledgeable. He explained our air balancing issues and other things. I appreciate it when someone knows what theyre doing.

RLC gave me a time slot of 3pm to 6pm. Chris their tech arrive exactly at 3pm. He fixed my AC unit in 10 mins while working in 100+ degree heat. RLC and tech Chris are the best. Highly recommend!

I just can’t say enough good things about this company! From start to finish when my AC went out they helped me with my home warranty company in great detail and had my new AC installed from start to finish within four days! The techs were very polite ,prompt ,clean and did a great job!

Great fast service( my husband is on hospice) when I told them that they tried their best to get a service person out to my house, and they did 3 hrs earlier than planned. From the scheduler on the phone to the service person ( Louis) all were helpful, friendly and professional. I would use then in a minute, if I need service. Good to know there are still people out there who care about the kind of job they do.

Our Home warranty connected us with this service, and they responded quickly to our AC problem. They showed up next day, listened to what we told him, looked at the unit, fixed the problem. Thanks RLC for being timely and getting the issue fixed.

Juan came to home today based on AC not coming on. He was prompt and efficient. Juan explained that the drain was clogged and float switch would not allow unit to operate to avoid flooding the attic. Same issue as last time and covered by warranty. The AC is fully functioning now. Highly recommend!

This company gave us ABOVE 5☆ service!! My client (Im a realtor) and I were fighting with the warranty company abt her AC repair. They sent out RLC.Once they got the call, they were on it! They came out, diagnose the problem, and submitted the paperwork to the warranty company the same day. The warranty company ordered the wrong part (which costed us a day in Texas heat), so to prevent any more hiccups, RLC went above and beyond to ensure everything else went smoothly. They prioritize my clients appointment because of the warranty companys mistake and she had air the same day the part came in! She was finally able to Netflix and chill... LolI cannot discount what others have experienced in their reviews, but I can say this. I believe RLC used those as opportunities improve their customer satisfaction.I HIGHLY recommend you to try them. RLC was sent by my home warranty company. In the past every experience I had with claims was a nightmare. This time RLC was the assigned contractor, they called and came out the next day. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. Even had parts on their truck. I would definitely use them again.

Chris is very just and reasonable deciding on what needs to be done and Lupe has always been excellent in his workmanship. I have relied on RLC for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed!!

Great company! I have used RLC for HVAC service for nearly four years. I had a clogged drain and Rudy was on time (as usual) today and took care of it within half an hour. He even asked how my wife was doing! If you need AC work, call this company...you wont be disappointed!!

For anyone here under a 5 star, your review is probably exaggerated. 2 ¹/² years Ive NEVER had a problem. RLC makes us feel like family. They are not only communicative but patient and punctual. Chris is my tech and always does an amazing job. Bigger companies will just replace the whole damn thing in exchange for a leg (ARS🙄)What youll find in RLC that you wont find in others is HONESTY! Living in TX, as hot as it is, you need someone you can depend on and RLC is who I depend on!

Chris arrived at the expected time. He fixed our a/c unit quickly but effectively. He was also very patient in answering my questions. It’s evident that he knows what he is doing.

We were referred to RLC through our home warranty. Juan came out on time, diagnosed a short in the system in the attic that was causing our A/C to trip the breaker, and repaired the problem quickly. He was very professional. It took no more than 24 hours for the company to respond to the service request and get our A/C cooling again. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful.

RLC Services customer service was fantastic. Every time I called them they were timely, friendly, and helpful (especially when working with my home warranty company). The customer portal for tracking my service request online was the best Ive seen and used. The technicians were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient!

Reported to our home warranty company on Thur morning that our air condition/heater air blower wouldnt come on. Surprisingly, within a couple hours they assigned it to an AC company, RLC Services, and within another couple hours RLC scheduled us for 10 AM to 1 PM the next morning. The RLC tech, Juan, called us the next morning at 9:30 AM that he was on the way. Arrived 10 AM and within 30 minutes hed identified and replaced a blown motherboard. Weve had to make many AC calls over the years, never had one that was so easy to schedule and actually kept that schedule, and then quickly repaired the problem without trying to up-sell. Juan was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and cleaned up what little mess hed made. Would do business with RLC again in a hearbeat.

I was paired with RLC services through my home warranty, Landmark. Now, in the past, Landmark has sent out some not so great folks for other things, but not the case at all this time! RLCs ladies answering the phone in the office are professional and always sent me updates about my appointments through the dispatch service.(I needed two to fully solve the problem) Their technicians arrived with time to spare in their window(they give three hour windows), and called or texted each time to let me know they were on their way. But definitely the reason theyre getting a full five stars from me today is because of the technician that came to my house yesterday, Chris B. Chris is the kindest, most professional, and patient home professional I have ever had the pleasure of inviting into my home. He listened to every concern I had with genuine care, explained everything to me as he was doing it, and most importantly, my AC is running at 100% capacity! I am COOL AND COMFY in this brutal July Houston heat. Great experience with RLC Services and Chris.

I dont understand the bad reviews. Our A/C went out Sunday evening and RLC was out here today. Less than 48 hour repair in Houston in June during record heat? Thats next level. I will always use RLC!!

I cant say enough great things about RLC. This was my second experience with you. We requested First American send you to us again. And it all started with Chris. Yes, we requested that he be our first contact as before. He was a straight shooter. Analyzed the problem immediately and when I asked, thought it would be better to replace the entire condensing unit that was 25 years old. When I asked if Lupe and his associate could be our installer again, you said no problem. And once again, they did a great job

Juan w/ RLC Services made sure to call me 30 minutes before arriving at my house. I work roughly 30 minutes away and needed to know before arriving so I could open up for the gentleman! Very appreciative! Juan was very kind as well.

Had an emergency with our AC and another contractor had scheduled with us then canceled right before coming out. Ugh! The home warranty service contacted RLC and they were able to come out the same day. Rudy was prompt and professional and diagnosed and repaired our unit with ease...thank God! Would use them again based on this positive experience.

I had them through Home Warranty of America. They were pretty fast on their end. I never had to harangue them or call them over & over again (like I did the home warranty). Once the warranty sent them the purchasing order, from then they texted on the same day and scheduled the service for 3 days after. This was not a problem as we had already waited 3.5 weeks to have our A/C repaired.I am not sure what their prices are compared to other A/C companies.

Juan was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, loved my dogs, handwriting on the ticket was great. I dont care if RLC was double the cost of their competition Id still us them.
