Go with Nelson especially if you have an LG HVAC unit. He and his staff worked diligently and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

He was thorough with inspection, checked for multiple reasons my heater stopped working! But he also explained so simply what the issue is and showed me! After the job was done and fixed he also recommended great ways and ideas to improve my air flow as well as my air quality!!

The parts wholesaler kept them for a very long time; and, he still did not bill me for that extra time. I will be calling them for direct referrals regarding any service repairs, from now on.
