M&S Mechanical came to my house on a Sunday. They were sent by my home warranty folks so I was skeptical. They diagnosed the problem as bad compressor. Based on the age of my unit, they recommended to replace the unit and I agreed. They had a new one and promptly had it installed and running. My 95yr old mom lives in that house... I had a home warranty call regarding my air conditioner and they sent M & S to look at the unit. The communication was great from the time they received my repair request. Omar was amazing with his scheduling to meet our needs. Jonathan the technician was very thorough. We ended up having to replace the unit and they were there with a new unit in less than 24 hours. The installers were extremely thorough and made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend this team.
