We are so happy we discovered Daniel. He is very responsive and easy to contact. He’s honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. We can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s become the go to A/C- heating person for many in our neighborhood now.

Daniel arrived on time to replace my furnace. His team was efficient and he explained the advantages of the newer unit. I’ve used Katy’s Air for many years, quickly responsive and fairly priced work.

Our AC unit unexpectedly stopped working, and when we called in the evening, they promptly shared our options for a service visit. No one wants to go to bed hot, and they responded quickly, coming out that same night once we decided to proceed. Mr. Cortes thoroughly assessed the situation, explained the issue clearly, and ordered the necessary parts to resolve it. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was seamless. We’re grateful to have our AC back up and running and especially appreciative of their excellent service! Highly recommend this A/C & Heater company!My AC hasnt been cooling since last midnight. I discovered them on Google this morning and called them at 7 am. The technician/owner, Daniel, arrived promptly at 9 am and replaced the faulty parts, offering a one-year parts warranty. The price was very reasonable. Additionally, he performed a complimentary inspection on our other AC unit.Daniel is incredibly pleasant, professional, and dependable.

Cant get any better than Daniel and his team. Not sure how I stumbled onto Katys Comfort A/C and Heating besides others being non responsive in a time of need and the mess left by the previous A/C company performing an installation leading to damaged ceiling sheet rock. I almost never give reviews, but no others compare to Daniel and his team. I and apparently the other reviewers count ourselves fortunate for Daniel and Katys Comfort A/C and Heating.

Daniel was outstanding. Very nice man. He wore his mask and put on booties. His twice a year service plan is amazing. No weekend or after hours charges (you know how ACs are they go out at the worst times). He was able to fix my drain line issue within an hour and did a total check up. I was very pleased with his service.

I have been using Daniel for over 15 years, and he is very responsive, explains fully what needs done and ensures costs are kept to a minimum. You can usually get service the same day or next at the very worst. Local company that should be supported.
