I had a leak coming from the celling in the hallway. He found out it was the water pan had flip and need to flush the pipe. ARS wanted me to pay $4000 to replace the part in the actic and then turn around and said it may not work with the old unit outside. Total went up to $7000. They is always a way to fix something without having to buy a new one. Thanks!
