They’ve been fantastic. Installed systems at two of my friends, and my own a year ago at a great price and great installation. I just had a proble just now, from the system installed a year ago and the owner jumped in his truck right away was at my house in 30 minutes, spent an hour troubleshooting,and it ended up being my own breaker in the garage. No charge, and great guys.

Michel and Guerrero, and others came mid of last year to install our Indoor A/C unit, and did a very good job. They also worked with our payment method.Today Michel and 2 other guys came over to replace our outdoor unit of over 19years old, they were pretty fast about it and the new unit is blowing well and really quiet. And like last year, he was kind enough to work with our payment plan.I greatly recommend their service because they will work with you and will do a great job.

I’ve been using GSM since around 2010 when I lived in Cypress and have used them several times for different houses. I am now near North Houston and they have never disappointed me. They provide great quality service at a reasonable price. My most recent service was a complete AC & furnace system and ductwork replacement. My mom is elderly and with the heat ramping up, I appreciate the fact that they were able to get our system replaced by the next day. They arrived on time and with plenty of workers and was able to quickly and efficiently complete the needed services. They answered any and all questions that I had and left me very informed about some system upgrades that I received. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the house was cooling down before they left. 5 stars all the way!!

GSM AC were excellent. Our AC went out during the Texas heat dome. Guillermo responded to my message immediately and his partner came out within 2 hours of my request. Michel and his co worker found the issue promptly, and they explained to me the cost and what happened. They fixed the issue and did maintenance of our unit. Called today and they came out today. Called and let me know they were running a little behind so was not waiting. They were great in finding problem and fixing the problems and had us with a/c and cold are in a short time. Our A/C stopped working this morning and our house temp was 79. I called them and within 5 minutes received a call back with an ETA. Jose showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem after a thorough assessment. He was efficient and very helpful. The work is reasonably priced, so we requested a quote for future work. I appreciate a company that doesnt always try to upsell. I highly recommend them.

I called G S M yesterday morning and got a time scheduled in the same day! I gave them top ratings for these reasons: our conditioner went out yesterday they came. They found the issue it needed to be replaced. And they were here at 8 AM this morning. I had called several AC repair places and the GSAC & GC team were by far the most honest, trustworthy, and hard working team. They came within 30 minutes of my call. They offered me an affordable $5500 excellent solution as opposed to their competitors that said the compressor would have to be replaced for the system to be functional. I saved $6000 using these guys over the other bigger companies in the area. I feel really good about the work they did. They showed me all of the old parts and the new parts. They took pictures is what was removed so I had a reference to what and how the system was repaired. I called and fired my other AC service co and will never use anyone else while I am in Houston. Family business with owners present.

I was referred to GSM Air conditioning from my cousin that he used them before and was very satisfied with their work. They replaced my ac coil on 7/19/22 in Houston Texas. You can imagine my frustration needing someone to get this fixed quick due to our high temp at the moment :). Guiellermo and Michael are very thorough and very professional. My clients had an AC issue at a rental condo in the I-45 and Beltway 8 side of town. A couple guys from GSM A/C came out a couple hours after I called them. They diagnosed and went to get the parts and got the unit back up and running. Very happy with the work and recommendations to keep the unit working properly.

Michel was our technical called for maintenance review. First time visit (6-8-22). Michel was on time, professional and thorough. Michel explained what he was going to test and do. After his review of our system, he presented his findings (and showed the live testing), and how that related to our systems current performance and his recommendations and how his recommendations would improve our systems performance. He explained everything very clearly and in terms that were understandable. After the job was done, Michel once again reviewed all that was completed and what do expect in the next 24hrs.Our AC unit cooling has improved as explained and running more efficiently. We will be reaching out to for our next service and recommending G S M A/C & General Contractor to family and friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about the great service I received from GSM A/C & General. Guillermo immediately knew what my issue was upon arrival.
