EPIC Air Conditioning

We called Epic Air Conditioning after noticing a lot of mold in our vents. We had reached out to another company and never even got a quote back from the guys visit. Epics team was responsive and gave us a quote same day on just what was needed. I appreciated them not trying to upsell us. They were tidy and professional when working in our home and took the time to either clean or replace every dirty air vent in addition to installing new duct work.We had to call them back out to re work the duct to our master and they came out very quick and refitted it for no charge. Talk about customer service.

We needed a complete heating and cooling HAVAC system replacement. for both our upstairs and downstairs. David was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my problems and was able to quickly frame up a complete solution at a very fair price. Jamie was THE MAN! He came over the next day and refined the solution and provided a final quote that made the decision a no-brainer. A few days later, he showed up a 9 AM with the new equipment. Jamie and his two technicians removed my old equipment in the attic and outside, performed a complete install of the new equipment for upstairs, tested and clean everything up by 3:30 PM. The following day Jamie and his crew did the same thing for our downstairs system. On time, high quality, fast and clean! As soon as that was completed, David installed a separate zone board, tested the electric dampers and installed two Nest Thermostats and sensors. Before they left, we tested each room/register in the entire house to ensure all was working properly and we understood how to work the new equipment and thermostats. Everything worked flawlessly the first time. After 2 weeks, the higher efficiency system as well as the smart Nest Thermostats are actually saving us real (not theoretical) money. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. They said what they were going to to - we agreed, - and they did what they promised with no surprises. Very easy and pleasant to work with.
