Mr Martinez was prompt to arrive and very efficient in his work. I appreciated how he showed me exactly how he was checking my A/C unit to troubleshoot the issue. He patiently explained the steps that he was taking so I could see and understand exactly what was malfunctioning and had to be repaired/replaced. Once he determined the faulty part, he quickly replaced it. He was fair in his pricing and I was very satisfied with his work.I even asked him to show me how my voltmeter worked as I was not using it correctly. I appreciate that he was more than happy to do that for me.I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

I had a friend of mine call me and asked if I knew why water was coming from his ceiling into his living room and quickly told him his drain was clogged and that he needed to turn his AC off and quickly gave him the number to Echos so he can get his problem solved. Sure enough Hector was dispatched to the job site where confirmed the problem and was quick to take action by clearing the clogged AC drain line and getting my buddy back online. My friend was very satisfied and immediately called and said that Echos was was a company worth recommending and was straightforward in the process. So I would continue to recommend them and would ask you to give them a shot so you and your friends may also benefit from a their professionalism.

I had a situation in my house and they told me that I had to change all the piping on that side, Hector came, after I I called and he came very quickly, he solved everything for me and it was just a piece, since you know him you know that he is not only a super professional, but a great human being.
