Gonzalo was excellent and thorough during the A/C tune up device. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what each diagnostic meant and what to look out for in the future. Cant thank him enough for coming by and putting my mind at ease before the summer. 5 out 5 service quality from him. Thank you!

Zach has a very pleasant personality. He was through in explaining his inspection, including a drawing and explanation of the system. He was clear and patient in discussing options for repair and or replace with multiple price point units. He helped us feel confident we were making the right choice, for our situation, for this expensive investment.He worked with us to get the largest discount possible. He appears trustworthy, open and hones, therefore we decided to use Champion and Nash without competitive bidding.

Brennen came out today as we were having an issue with our air (I think the system was throwing a tantrum because we finally turned off the heat and put the A/C on) Brennen was efficient, courteous and listened to our concerns. He presented us options and solutions to the issue. Everyone we work with at Champion/Nash have been very helpful and conscientious of, not only our issues, but also our budget.

Originally had a contract with Air Con but they merged and Champion took over the service contract I had. Technician came out and did an exceptional job of checking my system and providing me great year round easy to do maintenance that I can do to keep my systems in tip top shape. Champion & Nash’s tech, Noe, not only provided excellent service, he took the time to explain everything he did. He was patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was so pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to understand and address my concerns that I sighed up for yearly maintenance with Champion & Nash.

I have to say I was favorably impressed. He was very courteous and no nonsense confident. He and his assistant got the job done in 4 1/2 hours as opposed to 5. Everything works well.From the first contact phone call to the inspector and the guys doing the work, everyone was courteous and capable. Im glad I chose C & N and yes of course I would recommend them.

Champion and Nash contacted me to make sure we received the yearly service check that was part of our monthly membership with AirCon and that it didn’t slip through the cracks with the merger. Stephen was able to come out almost immediately and was exceptional! He went above and beyond to help trouble shoot a few things with a friendly smile and a great attitude. Very happy with the service we received!

Angel was extremely communicative, courteous, great skills overall. He easily rates 5 stars, except in finding the circuit controlling one heating unit it turned out he turned off a breaker switch that controls our wifi fiber. There were other possibilities for outage so we got a fiber optic service call to pin down the breaker as problem. Judging from Angel’s time in our home I would guess he rates 5 stars virtually all the time and we would be pleased to have him any time.

Robert Adams was my technician today. He did a wonderful job of explaining the options and repairs. He was kind and polite. I’d love to have him come back for my maintenance work.

Albert was my technician. He came out to do my winterizing of my heating system. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, he showed up on time. Wore protective shoe coverings. Did fast work. Justin was great. My system is 18 years old, and I know were gonna have to replace it before long, but Justin didnt pressure me or try to upsell me a new unit. We just talked about what we could do for this one to keep it going just a little while longer.

My heater quit working randomly right at the worst possible time during the freeze, champion and Nash were able to send a technician out to my home in a reasonable time frame. The technician Robert was extremely friendly courteous and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix the issue at an extremely fair price. I 100% would call them again they did very well.

Steven came by the house within an our of my call about a heater issue, diagnosed it, did some minor repairs to the unit, replaced the entire thermostat with a smart one I had handy, troubleshooted that, and moreover did all of that in 45 min. Absolutely fantastic job, 10/10

Very friendly company! From the time I called in about an issue with my AC to getting a tech scheduled to come out . Their service tech Lakota is so knowledgeable, patient and eager to explain the technical issues affiliated with my AC system. Enzo with Champion & Nash came out this morning to do my yearly heater check up. He was great.....very courteous. Called to let me know when he would be there. He was there when he said. Completed the job and then helped me install the Lennox app on my phone. He stayed with it until he could see it working correctly. Very polite young man.

Great customer service!Although we did not end up using Champion and Nash for our AC unit replacement, we had a really great experience working with Melissa Houck. She came to our home, walked us through everything we needed to know about AC units and replacements, did a heat load mapping of the house, and walked us through our options. The customer service was a 10/10, and the only reason we didnt use Champion and Nash was based on pricing. Another HVAC company was able to offer the same system for ~60% less.Wed absolutely recommend having Champion and Nash come out to your home to assess your AC needs. They do a very thorough job, and were some of the best at explaining what was wrong and what could be done (repair vs. replace).

Brennan was very nice and professional. He didnt mind if I let my dogs out of the office and he was good with them. He explained about his findings on my furnace and wasnt rushed or pushy. Nice experience.

I was just about to give up on getting help with my ac units until I found Champion and Nash.I have 2 ductless air conditioners which were both not working properly for some time. By the end of the hot summer months they both were not cooling and leaking into my place.The technician, Steven that they sent was not only able to ascertain the issues quickly but also worked hard to solve the problems.He was pleasant and professional and made sure both units were working properly before leaving. Thank goodness I have coolness again He was a gem.

Old house and new A/C don’t mix. Old A/C worked better regretted paying 13,000 just to call for the same problem every month. Albert is the only one that actually did anything besides just stand their and say “oh it’s because hit rises that’s why upstairs you sleep in underwear and downstairs you have to have a blanket” He actually listened and fixed some wiring so I can start enjoying this system and not be uncomfortable in my home

Communicated arrival time. Was polite and respectful went over showed pictures and explained in detail. Give me a summary of stuff that will help my units to keep running.

While some other companies were making promises they didnt intend to keep, Champion and Nash sent Zachary out as soon as he was available from another job. Zachary was very thorough, staying several hours to make sure he found out what the exact issue was with our AC unit. He explained things simply and with detail. The rates were also pretty decent.

Robert was polite and checked my heating unit as he came here to do. On that service I give him 5 stars.However our a/c has not been working since Monday and he checked my a/c unit and found it to to be ok. Has a code 27 which says voltage is low. Voltage was found to be ok. Freon level is good. But I told him the house was not cooling. He told me to just do a callback and they would come back and check it out again with no dispatch fee. It’s still not cooling even though the outside unit is running as well as the fan. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Noe was great but the lack of communication regarding my current maintenance plan with AirCon being revised to a different Champion & Nash plan was poor. The fact that the company asked Noe to collect almost $300 when I pay my current subscription for 5 properties monthly and was coincidentally collected on the 15th of October was not thought out too well.

We had Justin for our tech and he was excellent! He explained our options and worked patiently to find a way to get our old system working again.

Robert was here today and reprogrammed my thermostat so it now has auto function. He was very knowledgeable and professional.Always professional and courteous. I have had 2 technicians over the years (Jake and David) and they both gave me excellent service, explained the problem and fixed anything that needed a quick fix. I was only ever charged the $89 service fee. My heating system is over 20 years old and to have same day service for $89 when we are expecting a hard freeze tonight blew me away! Who knew you could get this kind of service?After our close call, I decided to replace my 20yr old furnace and my 10yr old AC. Louis was here several hours while I was at work and my son stayed home to keep the dogs out of the way. Having had a botched installation by another company 10 years ago, I was a little bit nervous to what I would come home to. It was very muddy outside, so expected dirty floors, but not so, and the installation was beautiful! The thermostat was set to 65 degrees and it was 65 degrees in my house, so I knew the AC worked and then I got to test out the furnace, which also worked beautifully. There has been some confusion about whether I automatically get 2 years maintenance or just 1 year, but the price is very reasonable and I intend to continue it. I know Louis and his team had to work around some clutter in my home, but they treated my things with respect and everything was in its place when I got home. Thanks for such a thoughtful and professional job!Update: Robert did my Fall heating check and was professional and courteous.

He explained everything he was going to do, fixed everything to perfection, and gave solid advice on how to keep my AC unit in the best condition. Update 10-22-24: we still LOVE champion nash. Gonzalo came out to do our yearly furnace check before winter. He was super thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and property.We also had Zach come out for another property we own, also for the yearly check. Zach is friendly and honestly feels like part of the family. Turns out, we needed new units (ours were 17+ years old!) and Zach got us an incredible deal on a trustworthy brand. We are extremely pleased with Zach and Gonzalo at champion nash.Brennan with champion nash is awesome! He’s been to our house a couple of times for various AC issues and he’s always courteous, respectful of our property, and is able to fix whatever problem there is. This last time there wasn’t a problem at all thank goodness, so he didn’t charge us for any labor. We like him, zach, and Rick, all with champion nash. We are customers for life!

Gonzalo was so helpful getting our AC working today. Champion and Nash responded quickly to my request yesterday and sent Gonzalo the next morning. He was prompt and got to the root of the problem right away. He was honest about the price before continuing with the job. I was pleased with the timeliness of his service and that he was able to fix our AC quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
